It's rather odd that all the Blood Elf starting shirts are gray, poor quality items when every other race (Draenei included) have white, common quality shirts.

i made a blood elf paly and i sent all my paly starting stuff (except 2h sword) to a undead priest i had he looked so weird i got like 25 tells that said "Are you a GM? Cause Undeads cant get that paly looking stuff" or "where can i get that?" lol it was so funny

This shirt is part of the starting outfit for Blood Elf Paladins.
The other items in the outfit are Initiate's Pants and Initiate's Boots.

They also start out with a Battleworn Claymore.

Um, if you decide to change faction/race you keep the shirt ofc, therefore it doesnt change to that race/factions shirt.

It appears that these are no longer obtained from starting a new blood elve paladin instead you recieve Initiate's Vest but my alliance toon that has the Initiate's Shirt still has it :)

If you are alliance you make a Blood Elf and travel either to Booty Bay or Tanaris, when you are there put the shirt on the AH there and travel there on your alliance character and you get this amazing looking shirt
