My group took down Gri'Lek on the Uther server last night (9/14/05). He dropped the blood needed for this charm but because nobody knew what it was for, we randomed on it. Later we found out it's for the "powerful charm", along with the pieces from 2 other bosses. Gonna be a tough one to get all 4 things for.

Advice on Gri'Lek: hit him when he's small, kite him around when he's large. Avoid aggro at all costs (esp. squishies). His hits average 3K+... each and it seems he has a nasty AOE (or maybe I didn't even see him hit me?).

the turn in NPC for the enchant is Zanza the Restless, not sure about trinket turn in.

To get all the body parts for the Trinket, you have to come back every two weeks as a different 'Edge of Madness' boss is spawned each rotation, and they drop different body parts.

Ya, it can be confusing but the post above lists the items used that you need for the Zul'Gurub enchants. What wasn't mentioned is that you take the libram to the respective turn in NPC (for me being a priest it was the library at Dire Maul North) along with the items needed for the NPC to create the Arcanum of Focus. It is the Arcanum, along with the doll and the Primal Hakkari Tabard (drops off Hexxer - what a pain to get as this fight is very very difficult) that you take to the ZG enchantment person to get the enchant. Oh, and you can't talk to the Lorekeeper guy in DM until you do the quest from Feathermoon - I think it's called Elven Legends. This quest from feathermoon requires you to go to DMN and "find" the skeleton body which is right next to the lorekeeper (thank god) in the library. It's soloable to get to library so you won't need a group to do this... but don't forget your CRESCENT KEY or seaforium charge I think works... not sure if lock pickable by rogue but prolly is if you have a rogue friend to help. These aren't easy enchants to get by any means... for me being a priest it went something like this:

Buy off AH Pristine Black Diamond (much cheaper these days), 4 large brilliant shards (25g), libram of focus (much MORE expensive now if you can even find one - I had one in bank - woot!), and lastly I bought my voodoo doll (40g) or you can hope to get one from a ZG run.

Now you get to do TWO runs to Scholomance to get the skins of shadow you will need. Found downstairs in Lady Barov's room. It's far into the instance so be sure you check with your group that they are ok you loot it as only 1 person per run gets it and anyone can loot it so watch out for ninja's - master loot won't save you here.

Take those items to Feralas and do the Feathermoon Quest (found at the Stronghold) - Elven Legends - requires going to Dire Maul North - library (take crescent key) and find the skeleton body next to Lorekeeper Lydros. Return to Feathermoon to turn it in... nice 8000+xp. Now go back to DMN and Lorekeeper Lydros will now offer quests for the 3 librams he transforms... Focus being one of them (priest ZG enchant). Give him the items (4 LBS, 1 PBD, 2 SoS, and the libram of focus). ==> Arcanum of Focus - DO NOT USE THIS as it's a lame enchant in it's present form... keep it for later.

Kill Jin'do the Hexxer at Zul'Gurub - incredibly difficult fight - and get the Primal Hakkari Tabard.

You will also need friendly reputation with Zandalar tribe to get the enchant so will take some runs thru ZG to be eligible.

Now take the Primal Hakkari Tabard, Doll, Arcanum to the enchanter dude in ZG and with the proper rep you get the item for the much better enchant. Hella lotta work but worth it for the right piece of gear. Hope this is all right if not, someone feel free to correct my oversight.

As for the trinket part of the doll... I have no idea how hard those parts are to get but I think you have to make multiple runs thru ZG to get different boss spawns for the various parts. And since the instance is a 3 day reset it will likely take weeks to get these. IMO not really worth it anyways as the priest trinket is for 40% reduced cast time on Greater Heal and 5% reduced mana cost of all heals BUT only for 15 seconds with a 3 minute cooldown. Better trinkets out there for lot less work... I'd rather have the enchant vs the trinket.

i wouldnt say the warriors charm was extremely good....i got a warrior and would take the rogues 1 over warrior .....warriors one is instantly increase rage by 30=rogues is 28ap +1%dodge.....

...is much lower than stated at the top of the page. Each voodoo doll is for a particular class, so while you might get a voodoo doll roughly 60% of the time, it won't usually be for your class. I can say that of the last 15-20 jinxed hoodoo piles my guild raids have looted, only one or two of them have been for a druid.

for your particular ZG head/leg enchant.. does the voodoo doll have to be the one that looks like your class or can it be whatever voodoo doll that you find? thanks in advance

Trying to find out just what the enchant for rogues are so a good decision can be made on it or using an arcanum. Someone posted the druid chant, the mage chant, and the warrior chant. But since this is a thread on the rogue doll, one would expect to find the rogue chant. Does anyone know?

i dont think it matters wich class you choose, as i chose the hunter doll and the icon at top of page said mage.
needless to say, no matter which class it is, these items are going to be hella tough to get all in one pile lol

all you need is the idol off of bloodlord or Jin'do and a voodoo doll of your class and you get a very nice enchant.

Zul'Gurub is in Strangle Thorn Vale to the very east up against the mountains, you have to go up a path with lvl 54-56 elite trolls guarding this ramp, once you see them your there!
Got my Primal Hakkari Idol last week and so far no luck on the Voodoo doll, nearly there though then i can get my enchant on my Helm of Wrath!

if you have an idol bt no doll, buy them off the auction house, they're often there for like 10-20g
