This quest becomes available after finishing the campaign questline in The Ringing Deeps. Once you have The Hallowed Path as your current campaign quest, you're good to go back to the Dornogal Inn to interact with the flyer just outside.

Currently leveling an alt after hitting 80 on my main and doing all main story quests. This is the last quest I need for Sojourner of Dorn but I can't get it to pop. I am currently level 76 so I'll come back in a few levels to see if it shows up. If it doesn't it seems that I have to re-do this on my main (who has done the full TWW questline). I'll update this one I learn more.

Edit: Upon reaching level 80 I still didn't have it. I then went and did the Brann story skip (via talking to him in Dorngal) and it showed up.

Make sure that you have Low Level Quests enabled under Tracking. I had them disabled; at Level 79, even after full completion of The Ringing Deeps and completing "The Hallowed Path" I could not see "Sedition" until I turned them back on.

If you're having issues finding it with ATT on or near 8/23/2024, the coordinates in the addon are wrong.

I could not see this quest on my sub-80 alt until I completed the The Ringing Deeps campaign questline on that alt, despite having done all the campaign quests on my main already.

If you are already 80 it is marked as a low level quest. It's next to the Inn.

I spent some time looking for where I left off for a while on this questline. TURN ON LOW LEVEL QUESTS from your map filter. Sedition immediately popped up on my map and I was able to find it at level 80. Shows up as a grey quest. Hope this helps :)

Could not progress this quest any further on my alt, even though my main has completed the entire campaign. This side story stuff has become quite the pain with this new campaign skip stuff. It seems to be breaking certain quests on alts left and right. Had the same problem in Ringing Deeps with Fearbreaker. Had to jump on my lvl 80 main to do it. Makes no sense.
