Quick note about this achievement:

The rare "Ra'sha" is actually Gu'chi the Swarmbringer, once you kill this rare it will count towards the achievement.

Was hoping we'd see ALL the rares but it seems that either people are always killing everything, or rares like Monstrous Spineclaw and others didn't make it to the mini event. The spineclaw was a rare spawn in place of the more regular Ancient spineclaws, which I'm not even seeing corpses where they usually spawn around the isle.

There's Chelon too, which has a fixed rotation, but since the Infinites decided to park their lvl 10+ stuff where most turtles were, I'm not seeing turtles either, neither for Great Turtle Furyshell.

Taken from mel9525's post that i found on Rock Moss comment section (and other similar rare) (give him a like)

Removed unnecessary rare mobs that aren't in this achievement and added information about the 3 other rare mobs.

In the Water:

On the Coast:
/way 25.0 36.0 Chelon (Seem to be on a timer of 40-60min according to it npc page, but so far, i've waited over 3 hours and i haven't see the interactable object)

/way 21.0 42.2 Furyshell 2 Great Turtle FuryShell, like his name imply, is summoned after killing lots of Great Turtle mob around the coast.

Inland Mid-Western Area:

Emerald Gander Spawn location(2) is at the east(from what I've personally seen) of the Celestials' ground, where Crane mobs need to be killed for hope to be spawned.
Ironfur Steelhorn Spawn locations seem to be around the Celesitals' ground, where IronFun mobs need to be killed for hope to be spawned.

PS: It seem you need to kills Ironfur beast around the map for the Ironfur Steelhorn to appear, equivalent of the crane with Emerald Gander.

Can confirm that every rare except Cah Silentsky and Ironfur Steelhorn are currently available. Still trying to catch the last one, but it seems it's not spawning in Remix, and there is nothing known about Cah Silentsky.

Upd 7/4/2024: Cah Silentsky removed from the achievement.

Upd 7/8/2024: Ironfur Steelhorn also was fixed, but not on all shards. Make sure you are in fixed shard before farming it (with spawn points for other Ironfurs all around the court, not only in the east of it).

Finished this in Pandaria: Remix by killing Spirit of Jadefire, Karkanos, and Spelunk. Those seemed to be the three easiest ones to focus on, and they were.
