Queen's Grace Loom is accessible after the The Queen's Grace Loom quest. It is closest to the Lunastre Estate Teleporter Online! portal inside Shal'Aran.

As noted by others, look for the orb inside the building to click which teleports to the room above with the Loom.

Every time I have to travel to the Queen's Grace Loom I ponder what management team decision at Blizzard thought the middle of Suramar would be a good location for Tailors to have to travel to for tailoring quests or for crafting certain items.

Make sure to go to the second floor and not go around the room clicking the item looking like an idiot like I did.

No additional items are required. Simply head to the Suramar tailoring building, then use the teleportation orb to reach the second floor. Use your special action button to complete the quest, then go back to that fashionable dwarf one last time. To make the legendary, remember to grab a Nethershard Essence from the vendor. If you need the pattern, just head to the tailoring shop in your capital city. Craft away, and the BOE legendary shoulders Celumbra, the Night's Dichotomy are all yours!

To craft it, you need the tailor pattern from Orgrimar/Stormwind, not buyable in New Dalaran.

if i want to make a second one to sell on ah do i have to do the whole quest line again to get the the shadow and star again?

Just fyi, once you make any of the legendary boes, you must redo the questline from the start using an Armorcrafter's Commendation Armorcrafter's Commendation

(I dont know how to make the link reflect the name. Too damn old to learn about it now.)

On this Quest you will get Legendary Tailor's Materials from Eliezer Hammerbeard. You need to fly to Suramar to West side of Suramar City. Get to bulding and use teleporting orb ( is in the corner ) you will be teleported to another room. On Middle you will see Queen's Grace Loom click on Legendary Tailor's Materials and you will get Satchel of Starweave and Shadowcloth. No Fly back to Eliezer Hammerbeard and you will get Rewards: Bolt of Shadowcloth and Bolt of Starweave.

Go to the Queen's Grace Loom and weave two bolts of cloth. With my careful research of fashion, heroes, and legends. I believe the new cloth you will make will echo through the ages. Hurry!
