Has anyone else noticed that Nightblade is magic and is in fact dispelable?

As of today, Nightblade's DoT effect can no longer be dispelled, only the slow effect Shadow's Grasp can be dispelled
I am not sure when did this change take place

Functionally this is the equivelent to back when Subtley had rupture. Unlike rupture however, the damage isn't good for multidotting. You want to keep this on your main target, as it provides a damage bonus, so it's not as good as eviscerate if you aren't actually attacking the victim.
