This replaces assassination rogues' current "execute phase" move; in 4.3, Murderous Intent makes it beneficial for assassination to switch from Mutilate to Backstab below 35%, whereas in Mists they'll be using the harder-hitting Dispatch instead.

Replaces backstab ability in assassination as an execute. Can be used with no energy cost when Blindside procs.

At the moment, a day after the pre-patch went live, it looks like this is unlearnable as a talent. There's a really short Reddit post on this, and as noted in there, it'd be prudent for any fellow rogues that can't choose this talent to send a report on the bug (unless someone's discovered a reason you can't select the talent).

Edit: Should clarify this was tested with some add-ons enabled, and then without any add-ons. And then with a fresh re-log. At least one other player I know with a rogue was able to freely select between all lv15 talents, so this issue is not universal by any stretch. More incentive for those seeing the (presumed) bug to report it.
