I thought getting to High Exarch Turalyon without flying would be impossible. In old expansions, when they first came out you couldn't fly and I thought that was the case here. But even though we don't have steady flight available until we get the achievement Midnight Pathfinder, we still have dragonflight available. Get into a flying mount and use dragonflight to fly up to the level above.

This quest requires level 86 to show up.
If you finish every part of the Midnight achievement except Breaching the Voidstorm below level 86, your quest log tells you to get to level 86 to continue the campaign.

Weirdly, the completion text for that quest is the exact same one as in Deepening Shadows (involving Koruth Mountainfist rather than Lor'themar Theron) one.

Ive done the midnight explorer up to the voidstorm and all the story lines except voidstorm but can't get the starter quest because theron only has You Know this evil as a quest... You have to complete it BEFORE you can do into the void.

Currently there is no ground path or teleport to get to Turalyon, you need to use flying mount.

If, like me, you didn't get a quest arrow due to a bug and are wondering "where the hell are the NPCs I'm supposed to talk to", drop and re-accept the quest. They're on the north side of the city.
