Here is demo of 2 full questlines i completed, and it looks that all of them should be similar, just pick up the quest, complete 3 more quests, get key reward to summon and kill some rare.

Another day another bugged quest. Got all the parts and it didn't complete quest for some odd reason

This is a confusing quest, the quest itself creates multiple others, and you have to get the three items then combine them, then turn in the quest, then click on the item you get from completion.

I completed the quest, the chat window said I received the "Xy'vox Refuge Dampener" item, but nothing in my bags.

Logged out, logged back in again, ta da item was there and I was able to start the final quest.

Are these account wide for the week? I did half of it on my main. Switched to an alt. Did the whole thing on the alt. Got the item to proc the final quest when I went back to do it on the main and it said it was already completed.

Warrant Xy' vox the twisted

This quest has three quest attached to it which are Zo'kita Fruit, Tazavesh Facade and Ethereal seal

Zo'kita Fruit: In the phase and kill the untethered Bumpskull to get the Untethered Hide (8)

Tazavesh Facade: You need to be with range of Shadowguard Darkweaver or Shadowguard infiltrator and Shadowguard VoidRipper use the Essence Scanner ( /way 40.94, 58.29 )
(You can use it at the start Just do it before killing them) Only pull one or two at a time so you can get credit. If you pull more than one or two it will only give one or two credit from what ive seen.

Ethereal seal: You have to kill the Trashamster and rummage through the tazavesh trash (not in phase)

Once you complete all go in your bad and look for Xy'vox Refuge Damper and right click to start the quest.

Then go to /way 31,22 58.20
Use the Xy'vox Refuge Dampener to reveal and eliminate Xy'vox the Twisted and kill the NPC

I did all initial 3 parts of the quest but could not complete it. It showed as complete in my log, but the quest giver was still pending completion. I bought the item off AH and completed the quest that way. HOWEVER - shortly after, I minimized my world quests in "objectives" and there it was, the quest was there, hidden behind the world quest tab. So I suggest fiddling around with the objectives.

I was stuck after completing the 3 blue quests to collect the items, turns out you need to be tracking the quest and click on it in the objectives to complete it. After that you get an item in your bag that starts the next part of the quest.

Most of the information I am putting here was provided by Lasskicker, in a different comment (Sort by top comment... theirs will be not far from the top. Give them an upvote). Most of this is not my own, but wanted to add some clarifying info in a format that is not supported by adding a reply to their comment (wish they'd change that).

For Warrant: Xy'vox the Twisted, there are four parts. First three parts require you to speak to three different NPC's, all within 'Tazavesh, the Veiled Market', and complete their tasks. Last part is killing Xy'vox.

Speak with Zo'kita to pick up Zo'kita Fruit
Speak with Deputy Zo'mi to pick up Tazavesh Facade
Speak with Citizen Om'sto to pick up Ethereal Seal

Once you turn in all three quests the NPCs gave you, the parent quest Warrant: Xy'vox the Twisted will pop in your tracked quests section with a "click to complete quest" text on it, provided that you're tracking the quest. If you aren't tracking the quest, then you won't see this. Ensure you're tracking this quest. Complete the quest. Then, in your inventory, locate an item called Xy'vox Refuge Dampener. Right-click this to get a quest dialog window for the quest Eliminate Xy'vox the Twisted. Accept it. You will then head to Xy'vox's location; Need to click on the object labeled Xy'vox Concealed Refuge.

Here are the necessary waypoints (also found in a different comment... thank-you varenne) in one easy list, which you can throw into an addon like paste.

All of these quests will be completed inside Tazavesh.

Zo'kita Fruit is the only one where you need to enter the Untethered Space, where you will kill Untethered Bumpskull, both the elites and non-elites. They are all over Tazavesh.

When you start on Ethereal Seal, just jump down in the sand behind Om'sto (you can see the sand when you stand next to this NPC). There will be three things you can interact with to get the required Discarded Shadow Writ.

You can dig through the Trash Pile scattered all over the sand for 1 to 2 writs.
Sometimes an object will be uncovered after the trash pile disappears, for an additional writ.
Kill the aggressive Hungry Trashmites that are seen flying all over that area. Sometimes they can appear after going through a trash pile.

If you stuck - like me - because you lost or sold your reshi cloak. you cant enter the unbound realm?
then go to

/tar HashimYou need a new Reshii Cloak to enter the realm. ;) Equip it & you're able to do it again.

Description

Xy'vox the Twisted the former constable of Tazavesh, hailed from a powerful cartel family. Unknown to most, the family's power was obtained from illegal crimes, all conveniently overlooked by Xy'vox. When the truth came out, Xy'vox went into hiding. I believe the constable never left town, instead hides here in plain sight, continuing criminal activities. Create a Refuge Dampener to reveal Xy'vox to all of Tazavesh.
