As of 12/6 this appears to be bugged. If you get T'era's HP low enough she will be "subdued" but the quest does not complete. Don't throw yourself needlessly against broken content.

Currently T'era's AOE damage is overtuned and kills you before you can get her HP low enough to be subdued.

The quest kept failing for me, instead of starting the cinematic the damage just kept pumping till it killed me - abandoning the quest and restarting fixed it.

This quest can bug out at the point where the cutscene is supposed to start. If you get T'era's health down and she just disappears, you'll need to abandon the quest and retake it because simply starting to kill her again once she respawns does nothing but continue the loop.

This is outright impossible for me to do due to bugging out or the damage being so high that it kills me, even with some defensives...

I appreciate the lack of QA testing from these incompetent devs

Does very high damage again and again. As a hunter died several times or made it to the point where there should be a cutscene but nothing happened. Dropped the quest, killed the adds, switched to single target, buffed up with food etc & used hero pet, turned OFF dbm which wants to skip cutscenes - i think it was removing dbm that did it. I was dedicated to doing it solo but assume that a group would have it easier especially with group defensives or healing.

For me, I had to do the entire thing from beginning to end without dying. If it keeps resetting, then abandon the quest and restart it. Use cooldowns and potions to heal.

Was able to finish it by abandoning the quest, exiting the game, flying to silvermoon and picking up some health potions.. Returned to the quest, rationed my heals and pots and finally finished it after abandoning two times before. Barely made it as an 87 BM Hunter

So yeah this is still bugged, or completely unbalanced. I get that it could show how dangerous T'era is or something, but seriously, the damage she does is unbalanced af.
Unless this is some hidden item lvl limit bs.

Anyway, I did it like this, attacked her, valiantly died 4 times, due to T'eras immense skills obviously, but last time luckily close to her being at 33~%HP, resurrected after her channel and fought some more and then done. At 30%HP T'era apparently has better things and you're done.
My idea is that if you're having a tougher time and dying, let Arator and Alleria do some of the damage while you wait for T'era to get low enough and then get back up and kill.

If they can't do their job properly, we cheese.

EDIT: Also had to abandon the quest and try again, but that might have been because I died at T'era being around 31%HP or something close, and while flying back to get back the cutscene probably should have started. When I got back up and got her to 1%HP she just did not care.

I don't know if this is going to be any help but after trying various solutions nothing worked and a lot of gold (and time ) got wasted.
There is a crystal thing @ 39.00, 86.25. I sheltered right behind it after the last fragment thing was killed - soz cannot remember name You need to be well behind it. It shields you while Arator, Lothraxion and Alleria take it down. I don't know if you have to have a hit on it but I think all classes have something ranged. I did this on a Hunter with a few hits and my pets did all the rest of the work (typical Hunter :) )

A group of two can easily handle it. I just invited a random person who was standing nearby.

You can just stand there in ghost form and eventually the cutscene will start.

Fight, die, rez. Rinse and repeat. Eventually T'era will be killed by Windrunner. This really isn't your battle.

Survived her easily while I watched other players die, because am tank, and then died right after cut scene because the knockback from the explosion in the cutscene knocked me off the cliff. Woke people shouldn't be allowed to work on video games, especially games with "war" in the title. This is not their space and they break everything they touch focusing on only the message they want to preach and not the story or the game mechanics and fixing bugs.
