I didnt come back till i finished the campaign quests in Azj Kahet but the npc to start this questline didnt show up until i finished either that or the hallowfall campaign.

The main characters in this quest chain are Peacekeeper Leif and Lamplighter Kaerter, a reference to Rush Hour's Chief Inspector Lee (Jackie Chan) and Detective James Carter (Chris Tucker)

,make sure to have completed The Pillage of Freywold Village i found him at 42.70,71.04 and was able to finisht eh quest line

Did the campaign (as far as I can go as the next quest hasn't opened -even with rep being high) and I still can't find them.

I had already picked this up without realizing it, but I was on the second part "An oddball in Dornogal" Make sure you guys are not already on that quest because that's the 2nd after A sassy Arathi. I looked forever before realizing this

According to the macro, I have completed the whole quest chain but this quest shows as uncompleted.. GG Blizz.
In order to get the achievement I used an alt who hadn't started that quest line.

There is something wrong with this quest. I have just finished the last quest of this quest chain, which is Best Friends, Same Ends and I have finished the whole quest line and got the Sojourner of Isle of Dorn Even now, running /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(80456)) to see if I have completed this quest, I get "false", while as I said I have just finished the Sojourner.

This quest is just a breadcrumb quest. You can pick up the next one directly in Dornogal.

This quest was available for me at level 79 on alt from "Dornogal Citizen" at 55,55, after doing the leveling campaign skip from Brann in Dornogal . (Campaign skip is unlocked when main finishes the leveling campaign). It didn't show on the world map.

The Quest giver is located in the north East of the zone by the islands.

I finished Hallowfall and Azj Kahet main quests and started the max level stuff and it finally showed up for me.
Even when I dinged 80 (in early Hallowfall stuff) it wasnt there until after msq completion.

I didn't find this quest, nor the NPC that gives it.

But I managed to complete this questline by doing the next quest 2. An Oddball in Dornogal. If you cannot see the quest marker on your map, try anyway to talk to Peacekeeper Leif (the quest giver in Dornogal at 54.4 19.6

Ok this one had me stumped for a while. By all accounts, this seemed to have been removed for some reason between Beta and Live, and it was the only quest I had left to get Sojourner of Isle of Dorn. I'd done the Campaign quests (and had the achievements) for Hallowfall, Ringing Deeps, Isle of Dorn, and Azj-Kahet.

Then @healmenone commented here that in order for Peacekeeper Leif to appear in Dornegal, you need to have completed the quest The Pillage of Freywold Village.

Moseyed on over to Freywold Village and found him at /way #2248 42.6 71.0 Peacekeeper Leif and followed that questline, and I got my achievement.

the yellow ! didn't show up for me on the world map, but the quest giver was there when i arrived.

if you don't see the yellow exclamation point, head to the quest giver anyway. they'll probably be there.

I am at lost, I did the whole quest storyline in Hallowfall because someone said you needed it but in fact, someone also said you need , I did the whole story line on my main druid to realize it is my main warrior that has the achievement completed only to hop on my warrior and can't find either A Sassy Arathi nor An Oddball in Dornogal

I guess I'll have to complete Hallowfall achievement on my druid and then I'll update my comment.

EDIT:
I found out with the /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(80456)) that I was already at Found Around the Unbound so I just had to go speak to Leif in the house... OMG I feel dumb.

A Sassy Arathi

I had heard that an Arathi was making trouble in the city. It sounds like he is butting heads with the peacekeepers. You've worked with the Arathi before, haven't you? Maybe you'd be able to smooth over any ruffled feathers.
