Look for the path up on the right before you get to the pool of water

The foreman you are looking is called Kol Bruncrag <Foreman of Taelloch>. It looks like they have transformed into a black and blue rock monster. You should be able to see it when you look up as you enter the area, so keep to your right and head up the ramp. Don't go straight as the quest marker seems to suggest.

If you fly into the cave on the quest before this one (Buried in Stone), where you need to destroy the cave blockage (and you land on the other side of it before it spawns in properly), the blockage becomes invincible (HP regenerates indefinitely), and breaks the entire quest chain, as the foreman does not spawn at all.

It has been reported by myself and many others and the GMs said they are aware and fixing the issue but have no information from the devs or know when it will be fixed.

Edit: Okay so managed to get around this issue thanks to people in this thread: https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/t/find-the-foreman-impossible-to-progress/1925404/12

1. Join a party with someone on the quest "Buried in Stone". (Ensure you don't have "Find the Foreman" already, drop it if you do)
2. Enable party sync from the quest log window.
3. Travel to Taelloch so that your NPCs spawn in.
4. Accept Buried in Stone
5. Enter the cave, explore the cave then destroy the blockage (Make sure those previous objectives have completed first)
6. Complete and take "Find the Foreman"
7. Issue resolved!

Easy to miss due to the lighting in the cave, but she's up above; Take the ramp on the right side to reach her.

When you come down the ramp from the cave blockage there's a little cutout on the left with a pile of disturbed earth. Activating it will launch you in the air to grab some waxy spheres. It will also launch Magni who then gets stuck in the air leaving you unable to turn in the quest after killing the foreman. Dropping the quest will reset Magnit to the cave entrance, just have to grab the quest and kill the foreman again.

The cave blockage is currently bugged, as it can't be destroyed in recap mode.

Description

Dagran was right. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised by that any longer. All the signs suggest there's something in this cave. Maybe the foreman is hiding here. Maybe she can give us some answers. We've come this far. Let's see what's inside.
