This quest hasn't shown up automatically for my warlock on login. I'm wondering if it will only be available next Darkmoon Festival? Any ideas anyone?

This is the new questline implemented with the 10.1.5 patch that gives warlocks the Fel Imp cusomizations. The final quest is to fight Madam Shadow in the Blasted Lands. You do not need to do this on all warlocks as the cusomizations are unlocked for the account once the quest is completed (same for any grimoires ready. Please note that if you want to unlock the Felfrost Imp skin, you need to keep pressing Madam Shadow in her conversation until you get the option that says "something bad is about to happen". That teleports you into the DMF arena where you must fight the corehound Twinkle in the area. Access to the area is only available PRIOR to turning in the quest Some Wicked Things This Way Come. After that, Madam Shadow does not teleport you into the arena nor is there any other way to access it outside of party syncing with a warlock who has yet to turn in the quest Some Wicked Things This Way Come. Also note that to exit the arena is done by talking to the imp inside the arena to the left of where Madam Shadow is located at (again INSIDE the arena).

IMPORTANT: Before you turn this in, question her (Madam Shadow) about 'where have all the people gone' and keep pushing that line of questioning until something happens. If you kill the thing, you get Grimoire of the Felfrost Imp. (Tip: Have Curse of Exhaustion keybound and be prepared to kite.)

As of this time, you cannot go back to get it if you proceed too far in the quest line.

Edit: For those who need to find a way to get it after proceeding too far, you can do it on another warlock alt or look for a warlock friend to party sync quest line with.

This is the breadcrumb quest that kick-starts an exclusive quest chain for Warlocks to unlock some new demon pet customizations.

Note: You have up until completing Curses & Cultists to talk to Madam Shadow and repeatedly question her, which will result in her teleporting you into the Darkmoon Arena to fight Twinkle.
Completing this optional encounter will reward you with Grimoire of the Felfrost Imp. Just keep Curse of Exhaustion active and chip it's health away with DoTs and instant cast spells while kiting it.
Twinkle will also be available at the Darkmoon Faire, so it's entirely optional during the quest chain.

Completing the final quest will reward you with Fiendish Imps, unlocking the four Fiendish Imp tints for Warlock's Imps.
The following week you will receive Letter from Oman in your mail, starting A Lighter Shade of Fel.
Turning in the quest will reward you with Glyph of Banehollow's Soulstone.

Caution!
If you start this questline, you MUST finish if you ever want to do quests at Darkmoon Faire again.
If started and not finished you will get Midnight at the Faire buff when you enter DNF and none of the quest givers are present.

To note, if you use the escape imp after Madam Shadow teleports you into the arena? Well, it teleported ME to The Azure Span. On my level 50 warlock - so, there is potential to be sent to a zone many times beyond your level (and if you go to a flight point, you can fly to Valdrakken and have it as a hearth.) You will not, however, be able to use the portals in Valdrakken back to SW/Org... because those have a level requirement for some reason!

Darkmoon Faire rolls around and i decide to go on my Warlock, forgetting I had this quest. So I go talk to Phineas, and he says to go the the Faire. So I go. The same old way I have been for years, by talking to the teleporter and going through the portal.

DO NOT DO THIS.
YOU MUST CLICK THE WAGON NEXT TO PHINEAS.

I was so confused for 15 mins, trying to figure out why the quest wasn't completing.

Note the Darkmoon Faire does not need to be up to complete this quest. I mistakenly abandoned this quest because I thought I had to wait until the normal DMF to start.

For the Horde version of this quest, the starting quest giver is located the the Cleft of Shadows. It is easily identifiable by the purple "triangle" quest icon located in the cleft of shadows.

I finished the questline and still got the "Mysterious Letter" in my bag.
Is it safe for me to delete it or will it trigger more questlines in the future?
