I got 2 on first 2 casts. The started getting Shadowlands fish before getting last 1. Stayed around to fish a bit more until all I was getting were SL fish. I was getting credit, but not DI fish.

If you are looking for this quest for soujourner and the NPC Old Grimtusk is missing, you haven't saved him yet! Go to 59.27, 39.76.

If you can't see him, you need to do Riders in the Snow to rescue him

You have to actually fish in the pool near the trainer. I was a little bit confused at the start.

Droprate of the quest items is around 50% (in my case at least).

Sucks that I need to learn fishing just for a quest, prefer to just have my 2 primary professions on alts

I present You Storyline Grimtusk Hideaway. This Storyline is part of Sojourner of Azure Span which is criteria for Loremaster of the Dragon Isles.

Quests in order I done:

To start This Story line You need to first finish Story line Snowhide Camp True Survivors

1. No Vengeance on an Empty Stomach - Quest start from Old Grimtusk 58.78 34.88. Fish 3 Frozen Tail Darter in pool next to NPC.
2a. A Far Furbolg Friend - Go to speak with Barst 1.19 39.22 ( follow to quest 7 and 8 )
2b. All Brawn, No Brains - Go to 21.09 35.14 and speak with Varsek. ( follow to quest 5 and 6 )
2c. Grimtusk's Sister - Go to speak with Naluki is in house 12.80 49.35 ( follow for Quest 9 )
5. Elementary, My Dear Drakonid - Follow NPC then speak with crystal then go like 3 circles Pattern on the ground.
6. Varsek Recruited - Fly Back to Old Grimtusk 58.78 34.88.
7. A Little Kelp for My Friends - Slay Wild Kelp Elemental is in cave 0.48 38.92
8. Barst Recruited - Fly Back to Old Grimtusk 58.78 34.88.
9. Naluki's Letter - Fly Back to Old Grimtusk 58.78 34.88.
10. Loose Ends - Go to 58.95 44.25 and after long conversation slay Frostbite. After this Quest storyline will finish.

Description

Now that we've gotten back to what we aimed to do, we need to have a talk tusk to tusk. That gnoll Frostbite? The one you spoke to? We've got a history with him. This may take awhile to explain.
