If the quest is stuck at Derawyn, simply abandon the quest and start over again.

Don't run around while they're talking. Walking out of the quest's area seems to bug it. Just sit still and let them have their moment.

Thankfully you can abandon it and pick it back up if it does bug. You won't need to collect the animacones again, so don't worry about that.

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 Preparing for the Winter Queen	Quest start from Lady Moonberry 63.6 36.3 after accept quest speak with Her. will be animation. I learn new spell after finish quest Fae Guardians.
2 Ride to Heartwood Grove	Use Riding Stag 63.1 35.7 and you will be move to new location
3 The End of Former Friends	Slay 8 possessed creatures in Heartwood Grove. You can do this quest together with Recovering Wildseeds and Heart of the Grove
4 Recovering Wildseeds	Pick up 6 Drained Wildseed from Drained Wildseed.
5 Heart of the Grove	First go to inspect Korenth 69.2 26.8 then go to find Niya 68.4 24.4 to finish all 3 quests.
6 Recovering the Animacones	Collect 25 Animacone drop from Turned Sentinel and Turned Fae. You can do this quest together with Survivors of Heartwood Grove.
7 Survivors of Heartwood Grove	You need to rescued in order: Warden Casad 69.7 24.5 Te'zan in cave 68.9 22.2 Wagonmaster Derawyn 67.6 23.1
8 The Sacrifices We Must Make	First go to Wagonmaster Derawyn 67.6 23.1 then move to 66.3 23.6
9 Recovering the Heart	Speak first with Te'zan after few sec kill Droman Krelnor wait few sec and move to Niya 65.4 26.6
10 Heartless	Move to Droman Tashmur 63.5 36.1
11 Audience with the Winter Queen	Speak with Lady Moonberry then will we movie You will see Winter Queen this is end of storyline.

This seemed bugged for me, but I just had to wait a weird amount of time after the NPC's stop talking, like 30s+. I abandoned the quest 3 times and couldn't complete it. Came to wowhead after it still didn't complete a 4th time to see what was up and when I tabbed back into the game the quest was complete. I guess be patient?

Just change your character and then change back, worked for me.
Maybe a simple relog will work too.

This may be the most badly done quest yet. I couldn't finish it stealthed, I had to be unstealthed while Niya interacted with Derawyn and before she got to the end and put up quest complete.

Not sure what Blizz geniuses did here, but it's not helpful.

Quest is bugged and I can't complete it. Have tried relogging, switching characters, dropping, etc. Can't finish the campaign scenario.

Edit: Found a fix - run out of Ardenweald and come back. Nothing else worked.

In my case, Alpanhell nailed it below. I was stealthed when I started the quest and nothing happened. Dropped the quest and picked it back up out of stealth and worked.
