To complete this quest you need to attune the filled heart of the tree at the shrines.

First Dreamshrine is located at 61.18 56.68 coordinates.
To locate where Second Dreamshrine is go to 57.80 50.06 coordinates.
Travel to 59.89 52.81 coordinates to bound the heart to Dreamer's Wildseed.

The attuning is started by clicking the barely perceptible glowing circle at the base of the tree. There is no item or action used to start the attuning, just click the base of the tree where your cursor changes to the action hand.

The glowing portal to click is on the side of the tree WITHOUT the hole. If your like me standing by the hole trying to figure out what to do, goto the other side of the tree and click the portal.

1 For the Sake of Spirit	Start Quest from Droman Aliothe 60 58.3 speak with Dreamweaver now you can take other 2 quest and you can do 3 quests in same time: Despoilers, The Restless Dreamer and Caring for the Caretakers
2 Despoilers	Slay 12 mobs and Skell the Despoiler 61 49.6
3 The Restless Dreamer	Attune the filled heart of the tree: Unattuned Dreamshrine 61.1 56.7 and Unattuned Dreamshrine 57.8 49.9 then go back to quest giver and press on Dreamer's Wildseed.
4 Caring for the Caretakers	Free Spirit Tenders in the Dreamshrine Basin. they are around 61.4 50.4
5 Visions of the Dreamer: Origins	go to Unattuned Dreamshrine 61.1 56.7 and press on it after kill 10 dragons and press on Abandoned Whelp. Better start from Abandoned Whelp they are located 61 50.
6 Visions of the Dreamer: The Betrayal	Go to Unattuned Dreamshrine 57.8 49.9 get inside and kill Worldbreaker
7 End of the Dream	Speak with Dreamweaver 60 53 Movie will start You will be a dragon use all skills but you will die any way. After finish movie you will finish storyline.

This has frustrated me more times than I care to admit! When doing the Southern part of the quest, you don't haveto/need to click on anything. Just hearth/fly to Hibernal Hollow and click on the big honkin' wildseed next to the questgiver. The first two comments made no sense to me whatsoever regarding the Southern part. Hope I explained it better than it sounds in my head. Good Luck

The Restless Dreamer

Attune the filled heart of the tree at the shrines in the Dreamshrine Basin.

Description

Now that we have the anima we need, we must attune the heart of Tirna Noch to the shrines of Hibernal Hollow. Then we can bring the wildseed's nightmares into the light and dispel them. Take the heart to the shrines just outside of Hibernal Hollow, in the Dreamshrine basin. Then bring the heart back to the wildseed to complete the preparations for the ritual. But be careful. Minions of the Drust seem to be amassing near the grove.
