Vroth can be found on a platform. You will need to take one of the ramps that lead up to the platform in the centre of the area.

To complete this quest you need to slay Vroth.
Vroth can be found at the platform above the ground, path starts at 70.15 56.16.
Follow the bridges straight to the mob. After killing proceed to the top, there's the npc to turn in the quest.

When you walk to the place where he should be and then wander about feeling confused like I did, look up! You'll see him above you and you'll see the path to his platform as well.

1 Echoes of Tirna Noch	Quest is start from Ara'lon 60 52.8 speak with him will be animation. Then travel to Ara'lon 68.5 57.5
2 Take What You Can	From Fae Basket you need to pick up 40 Plundered Anima. This quest start with Read the Roots and Mementos.
3 Read the Roots	Investigate 3 Depleted Soulweb 1 - 71 57 2 - 70.5 53.5 3 - 69 53
4 Mementos	Find 10 Stolen Memento is drop from mobs, brop is low.
5 He's Drust in the Way	Slay Vroth 70.5 53.6 is upstairs on the platform where the bridges cross. return quest to Ara'lon 71.4 54.6
6 Go for the Heart	Destroy the barrier and collect Heart of Tirna Noch when quest finish will be a animation

Description

Only the heart of a grove can hold the sheer massive quantity of anima I'm sensing. When my grove was sacrificed, the anima within its heart was reclaimed. Now it brims with anima once again. Anima that was stolen from other groves. We must secure the heart not just for our own sake, but for the entire forest. I suspect that we will not be allowed to simply trot our way in there. Be prepared for anything.
