The Wary Survivor are "stealthed" around the boulders in the area around where you gather Prying Eyes. They have a dialog option, but it won't lead to quest credit, you need to use the Mark of Vashj on them.

If you have trouble, as I did, finding the Wary Survivors, do this: run your mouse cursor around the area slowly. It'll change to a dialogue option over the NPCs, even when you can't quite see them, and using this you can locate them more easily.

You can see their green names stand out amongst the red and yellow ones in the area.

Make sure your nameplate settings are set to show friendly NPC's, or else this quest is way harder than it should be

Description

Akarek's demise has cast a dark shadow upon our house... but it is in the shadows where we thrive. I know that not all the Eyes have perished.
