Crimelord Tiana is located at 50.37, 61.34. Just in case she doesn't show up on the map for you.

If you don't have coordinates, like me, and it glitches to where you can't find her on the minimap/map.. You know that grove where Lowskey (or whatever his name was) was found? Where you had to kill Trulax or whatever, to hunt Lowskey. There's a road in a circle around that grove, right? Look at the map and it's purple almost looks like a purple river with a center island in it (the grove). Follow the purple-river-looking-road on the map off to the right of that center-island-grove bit. I uploaded a screenshot with a red X where she is located. Another way I can think to describe it is if you look at your map and follow from Darkhaven's flight path to the left until you get below the A of Nathria for Castle Nathria, that's right where she is found. Hopefully this helps someone. I looked forever trying to find her.

To complete this quest you need to speak to the Fearstalker in Wanecrypt Hill and participate in the Penitent Hunt.

Crimelord Tiana can be found at 50.35 61.39 coordinates.
To locate where Yoshai the Merciless is go to 44.52 70.39 coordinates.
Travel to 46.60 64.88 coordinates to locate and kill Truulax, its controlling Houndmaster Loksey.

For those who do not have coordinates ... I found Yoshai the Merciless just to the left of the Wanecrypt Hill flight point marker on the map, between the purple riverbeds.

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 The Grove of Terror	Start quest from Sire Denathrius 53.4 64 go to see The Fearstalker 50.7 73.8
2 Dread Priming	Go to crypt after door will be open press on Houndmaster Loksey and speak with Sinreader Nicola . Take Houndmaster Loksey thru the path demoralized by garcons. after all go to Flockmaster Sergio 51.2 74.3
3 Alpha Bat	Go to Stake 52.5 76.4 and bound Houndmaster Loksey in few sec Duskterror will come get it to 1% and will be captured.
4 King of the Hill	Go to The Fearstalker 48 70
5 Let the Hunt Begin	First press on Houndmaster Loksey then use Hollowed Dredbat Fang
6 The Penitent Hunt	Take this quest together with Devour This. Speak with The Fearstalker to start. Kill Truulax 46.5 65.5 next one is Yoshai the Merciless just press on him and last is Crimelord Tiana same press on him.
7 Devour This	Kill 12 mobs
8 The Accuser	Go to 51.4 59.8 and press Midnight Rose ( watch your head xD ) then speak with The Accuser you will learn new spell Door of Shadows use it to jump thru Wall of Sin.
9 A Reflection of Truth	Go through the mirror then speak with The Accuser and animation will start. After all Protect Her killing incoming mobs when will get to 100% go through the mirror to escape.
10 Dredhollow	Use Door of Shadows to jump thru Wall of Sin ( that barrrier can even kill you O_o ) and go to The Accuser 43.2 73.8
11 Rebel Reinforcements	Do this quest together with Breaking the Hopebreakers and They Won't Know What Hit Them. You need to recruit Watchmaster Boromod He is in Crypt enter 42.9 75.7 and Tactician Sakaa 40 73.2
12 Breaking the Hopebreakers	Kill 3 mobs Hopebreaker Marku 43.5 79.4 Hopebreaker Mursa 41.4 78.8 and Hopebreaker Vilstav 40.3 74.3 before figh with them use Concentrated Anima Vial.
13 They Won't Know What Hit Them	Pick up 8 Rigged Anima Container. after finish this 3 quest move to 39.8 81
14 The Fearstalker	First speak with The Accuser will be animation. If The Fearstalker will no show up after animation just wait few sec like i had xD. Kill The Fearstalker and pick up Medallion of Dread then move to The Accuser 43.2 74 That will finish this storyline.

Dog%^&* quest. It's supposed to have some kind of tracking system involved, but that's almost non-existent. You just end up wandering around aimlessly until you happen upon the targets.

Tip: If you leave 1 target without being hunted, the Fearstalker will follow you to do other quests. I accidentaly left Yoshai behind and the Fearstalker followed me all the way until I had no more quests, so had to finish the hunt with that NPC.

The Fearstalker isn't a big help being an elite, but I could use it as a tank while I could cast as a mage from a distance.

The NPC interactions associated with this quest:

The Fearstalker says: Let us begin hunting, Maw Walker.

The Fearstalker leaves her post and accompanies the player down into The Banewood. Broken Hope can be seen haphazardly running about as they approach Crimelord Tiana.

The Fearstalker says: I can sense our prey's overwhelming fear.

The player breaks Tiana free from a spider's web while The Fearstalker speaks to the soul.

The Fearstalker says: Fear has left you defenseless to the process. To the Halls of Atonement with you.

Crimelord Tiana says: Yes. Please no more!

Tiana is taken away by a Fate Usher, and the hunt resumes. As the player approaches Yoshai the Merciless, there is again Broken Hope scattered all around.

The Fearstalker says: Their broken hope leads the way.

The player frees Yoshai from a Hopebreaker Trap while The Fearstalker summons another Fate Usher to take the soul away.

The Fearstalker says: Look, <name>. Paralyze a soul with fear, and their anima flows freely.

Yoshai the Merciless says: I feel... sorrow. I must repent.

The hunt resumes and, just as before, there is Broken Hope all around as the player gets closer to the last soul.

The Fearstalker says: Manifestations of their remaining hope. We are close.

Houndmaster Loksey is being held by an aberration called Truulax, which the player kills.

The Fearstalker says: Even the houndmaster cannot resist when succumbed by fear. Off to Lady Darkvein with him.

Houndmaster Loksey says: I thought I was brave. Maybe I was wrong.

The location tracker breaks after you get the first soul. I had trouble finding Yoshai so I relogged, the tracker came back up!

Description

You will descend upon these poor souls. Remember, you are helping them and Revendreth through the terror you bring. When a soul is filled with fear, their resistances to our methods falter. The Master has requested that you hunt the Accuser yourself. But we must prey upon some of the others first. I will be able to guide you through your first hunt.
