Currently bugged, it won't complete after killing the boss

Edit: Okay so apparently it works for some people, and for some it simply won't, if you are trying to get the pathfinder achievement try to do it on a alt as it might work on one of them. You may also attempt to get back to jarod using the emerald wind toy, im not sure but the starlight beacon might work too

Bugged. It will not complete after you kill the boss. Abandoning the quest is pointless. There is no way to get back up to jared to accept the quest again. Hopefuly blizz will hotfix this.

I went to Aviana in Sylvan Falls (Highmountain) and talked to her to get wings. I landed on the terrace at the entrance of BRH, talked to Jarod and queued again. This time I got credit for killing Dread Vizier Gra'tork.

i just did this Quest on my fury warrior and after i killed the last boss Box, but they never added it back then.

Had to redo the scenario 3 times before I finally got credit for killing the last boss, only thing different on the 3rd time is not one person DIED at all and everyone got credit but who knows... so many bugs this patch.

After killing Dread Vizir Gra'Tork and getting credit, jump off his ship and get carried back to the village of Lorlathil, Val'sharah...make sure to talk to Cenarius to complete the quest...its hard to see the quest completion marker over his head since he is so big and your screen is zoomed in upon completing the scenario.

Be warned, a lot of the areas have a very high respawn rate for the trash mobs, esp the Fiendish Imps at Sabermaw Bluff. I'm not sure why they need such a high rate, but they do making it interesting to leave once you finish the objective.

Scenario fixes:
I ran this scenario on three different characters. Only one out of ~~three~~ four succeeded on the first try. Methods to complete the scenario are included below to try and help until Blizzard fixes the problems.

Tip #1:
*If it bugs, the leave group option should work.*
Warning: You may get the 30-minute Dungeon Deserter debuff that I received on my Demon Hunter. Otherwise, if you log off and back on you may be stuck in the scenario completely alone with no way to leave group as happened to my hunter. So be warned.

Tip #2:
If all else fails, hearthstone to Dalaran, fly back to the Temple of Elune, Garden of the Moon flight path.
From there, all classes can use the Emerald Winds to boost upwards and then deploy a Goblin Glider Kit as noted by rionpy.
Then I was able to re-queue from Commander Jarod Shadowsong. The coordinates for him are below for TomTom or similar addons.

Tip #3:
If you are Mage: (if not see above)

a.) Teleport to your Class Hall.
b.) Use the Mage Class Hall portal to enter Val'shara.
c.) From the portal on top of the temple you should be able to run, jump and use a Goblin Glider Kit to return. As a mage you can repeat this as necessary.

Tip #4:
Thanks to Gopoke for a fourth tip.

Everyone should be able to fly to Commander Jarod Shadowsong if you fly to Highmountain and use the coordinates below.

My results so far:

My Druid completed it no problems.
My Mage received no credit for the final boss. I returned to the Mage class hall and used the portal to return to the zone.
My Demon Hunter entered a scenario at Stage 8 with no boss that others had abandoned. When I left the scenario I received the 30-minute Deserter debuff.

Update:
And, as an added bonus my Hunter just got stuck in the Scenario instance alone.
So I logged off and back on and there is no option to Leave Group or Leave Scenario.
That makes this a fourth and completely different result. Fantastic!

It didn't give me credit for completing this the first time around. I went and got Emerald Winds, and I couldn't get enough height to get back to the questgiver, Jarod Shadowsong at the entry rampart of Blackrook Hold. So here's what I had to do...

As stated other places, you'll need a Goblin Glider Kit or two.

I took the flightpath to Ironhorn Enclave in Highmountain. It's a short run to 53,87 up to the highest point. From there jump and deploy the glider to fly Southwest. You have just enough glider to land where you need to be (44,49 in Val'sharah).

From there you can abandon the quest and try again with good 'ole Jarod.

It was partly bugged as of today and also the last time I did it. In my case it tossed me out of the instance several times but not out of the group and I was able to get back in by just trying everything I could think of, after reading the suggestions below. When it was over, I was left in a weird, unfinished, alternate version of Val'Sharah with scenery but no mobs.

But log/log got me back and the quests were completed. Also, I had received the Antlers of Cenarius when I logged back in but nothing else. Nevertheless, when I got to Lorlathil, I had mail which included a bunch of rewards (two pieces of 855 gear) and a 1.1M artifact power boost token. Not bad at all. Persistence is the key.

Fastest way to complete the scenario:

- Each member goes to a different Fel object and deactivates it (don't try to kill any trash...just zerg to deactivate object).
- All member running to entrance of tower and stand inside on stairs.
- Don't kill anything...just let all the trash kill you.
- Release and run to your corpse at bottom of tower (do not respawn at spirit healer!), so you reset the trash and you aren't pulling aggro again.
- Go up the stairs and kill the mini-boss at top of tower without all the extra annoying trash.
- Continue as you usually would to end the scenario. :)

So I completed w/o getting credit and thought I'd abandon to reset it. Well I did that and now cannot find out how or where to get the quest again! Anyone have any ideas?

Apparently there is nobody queuing for the scenario. Queued for 30mins until the invasion is over.
