This is a solo scenario, fairly straight forward - first you kill the Arcanists - next you defend against waves while the door opens, and then you pretty much do it again in the main chamber

So I've gone in, done the scenario, and now it's gotten to the end and "finished" but I still have "Check on Arluin" that is not complete. I've tried this twice now. Is there something I'm missing?

When I finished the quest and the 3 quest giver at Nightfallen base takes the fruit of the tree, they're supposed to be cured of the withered effect. While I was there they do look healthy. The next day, they went back to their default template. A bug or just oversight?

This is offered at 20000/21000 Nightfallen reputation, and you must have completed the rest of the quests relating to the Nightfallen story, including "The Stuff of Dreams".

I also would like to add, the Mana Wyrms in this scenario are a unique skin, and they are tamable. However, they have a very small HP pool and will die very easily, so you will need to get the NPCs distracted by other mobs while you try to tame one, or else they will attack and kill it while you make an attempt.

This is a pre final quest of Good Suramaritan, you a close to finish. This quest is a scenario with sad end. Speak with npcs to start it. First task - slay three Duskwatch Archivist across the room. Then you have to go the closed door and defend Arluin until he opened the door. Then an event starts and mana storm getting out of control. And finally sad ending...Poor Arluin, just few minutes left to finish with Arcan'dor...

When Oculeth teleports us I get stuck on the loading screen for about ~25 seconds then I'm teleported to the nearest graveyard with this in my chat: Transfer Aborted: instance not found.

We are given this letter after the battle for thunderpass( or exalted frost wolf clan, don't remember exactly), in which yet another ally of ours, Ga'nar gives their live so that instead of a maybe some of us will make it through, that the rest of us will make it through.
He was an orc on another world. Yet the same holds true, and we can only hope that we all be given a chance to die for the sake of others, to matter, that we would be trusted so much. Not everyone gets this chance, as players we don't because then our character would be perma dead, but in real life, let us hope that when we are called, we do not falter , we do not kneel and we do not break.

This letter has a perma bank slot on my main, I read it sometimes when I need to be reminded of things. When things are looking bleak.

I was lost in this questline, turned out I had to feed Oculeth 50 mana so he turned up with a quest. Would be handier if he showed he had the quest in the first place.

Couldn't figure out why I couldn't pick up this quest as I was Exalted with The Nightfallen (min rep needed is 20000/21000), then realised I had to feed First Arcanist Thalyssra 50 Ancient Mana before she would offer this quest.

When you accept this quest there is some spoken dialog. Immediately after the dialog you're teleported to the instance. Even if you walk away to go perform other activities. I personally had broken armor from the previous quest, and was headed to repair when I was rudely sucked into the instance with no warning. I had to hearth back out and then go back and talk to Chief Telemancer Oculeth in order to let them know I was ready. Hopefully they patch this so you aren't immediately drawn in and have the opportunity to let them know you're ready as is consistent with most of these types of instanced quests.

He's not quite dead! Heck, he still has more life than me (at 2598k when Thalyssra pronounces him dead).
Oh why wouldn't you just have let me use my divine shield to survive the manastorm and why oh why won't my redemption work on npc's! The sad lack of choice and ability in this game bugs me sometimes.

After we got ported back to Shal'aran I went to collect some flowers and next thing I know Thalyssra is attacking me. Had to pretty much kill her then she vanished, next thing i know quest is compelted :/

Hello all!

Just wanted to let you know that there’s an issue with this scenario. Sometimes it can get stuck at 96% progress, making the quest impossible to complete when that happens. Our development team is already aware of this, and working on a solution.

In the meanwhile, to avoid it getting stuck, make sure you don’t kill the units while you’re inside the protective bubble and the friendly NPCs are outside fighting. If you're already stuck in the scenario, you'll have to abandon and retake the quest, so the scenario resets and you can give it another try.

March 28th. Patch 7.2. This scenario is still fatally bugged, despite Blizzard's claims they would look into the issue last year.

The conditions that cause this quest to bug are easily met, causing players to repeat this scenario five or six times before it'll successfully complete. Essentially, your goal is to reach 96% completion with both NPCs idle inside of the safety bubble. Since they will rush to your aid whenever an add attacks you or when you attack an add, this is easier said than done.

However, there is a method to facilitate this. Halfway through the final wave, Weathering the Storm, you will be given a safety bubble. Any NPCs that touch it, with the exception of one of the melee ones which will leap to your position, will be knocked back and sustain heavy damage.

The easiest way to do this is to change your strategy after the bubble appears. Let as many adds kill themselves on the bubble as possible without intervention on your part, though one of the waves will contain a caster add and a leaping melee add. Kill them ASAP and find your place back inside of the bubble once they are down. Thankfully, you have plenty of time to do this before the final wave of adds spawns. Once the final wave appears (a warden and a basic melee NPC with about 7 million HP), DO NOT ATTACK THEM OR GET WITHIN RANGE OF THEIR ATTACKS. Simply let them run into the bubble repeatedly and kill themselves, which will put the counter at 96%. Otherwise, you risk Thalyssra and Arluin running into a position that will cause them to become unresponsive when it comes time for them to engage in the final cutscene that will close out the scenario.

It's what worked for me after six attempts ending in bug-abandon-repeat. Hopefully it'll work for you if you're in the same boat. Good luck.

Was finally successful on my 7th attempt by “combining” several things written in these comments. Here’s what I did:

Stage I: I killed ALL the NPCs in both rooms—not just the three required.

Stage 2: I killed all the incoming and made sure no more were coming before entering the opened door. Then I walked over and activated the “thing” to trigger Stage 3.

Stage 3: Once Stage 3 was triggered, I stayed behind as Thalyssra and Alruin ran into the circular center of the room. They stayed inside the ring while I fought all the incoming outside the ring. During this time, I allowed no adds to enter the circle where T and A were. Even when the bubble appeared, I remained outside and continued to kill the adds. At 96% completion of Stage 3, no more adds arrived. I waited about 10 seconds to make sure of this, and then I finally entered the bubble to join T and A. From that point on the scenario completed as it was supposed to. (T and A never left the center area during any of the fighting.)

Note that I am not sure of the importance of killing all the NPCs in the first two rooms. Very probably the thing that contributed most to success was the way I played Stage 3.

Hi. I had a lot of headaches with this mission for that bug. To this day they have not repaired it but I managed to complete it by making both npc's that help you remain inside the energy bubble. To do this you have to catch the last 2 elites of the last wave and kill them away from the bubble. These appear when the bar says 69% then you go and you walk away to catch them and that both Arluin and Thalyssra stay in the bubble. Done

I just wanted to see if anyone else had a problem with the quest you are given after you feed the fruit to the 3 to locate a person for Arluin inside suramar City, I found her, but the quest asked for you to share the fruit with her, but you only get 3 fruits and the others got it all.....no fruit to share with this one?

If you get stuck like me where you finished the stuff of dreams and the growing crisis, you still need to do Bring Home the Beacon. If you don't normal feed your companions you need to feed them and get this quest and do it before you can pick up All In.

Incredible, as of today (2 Aug 2017) this is still seriously busted. Despite attempting to follow the suggestions in the comments here I have not been able to complete this quest. I always end up at 96%, eventually the scenario moves forward to the "0/1 Check on Arluin" point, but I am unable to do so. Five abandons and non-completions so far... Absolutely ridiculous considering this is a required step for getting flying in Legion.

If the quests aren't popping up for you feed the npcs ancient mana. They won't give the quests if they're hungry. I spent days researching the quests trying to figure out what I was missing. I tried everything and it just wasn't working. Then I fed the npc mana and it popped up. A couple quests later I was stuck again. No quests available. I fed the other npc mana and a quest popped up. This happened several times for me. Mana was the problem each time. There are 3 npcs to feed downstairs standing together. Oculeth, Thalyssra and Valtrois.

Can confirm, on patch 7.3.2 this quest no longer requires 20000/21000 rep with the nightfallen nor the questline for "A growing crisis" requires 7000/21000 rep with the nightfallen

Don't leave Shal'Aran despite what you may be seeing on the map. It is underground not above ground. The quest begins when you click on Chief Telemancer Oculeth within the bowels of Shal'Aran.

I actually waited for the scenario to begin and was somehow ported outside to an area near the entrance pathway going into Suramar City but there was some sort of a message saying scenario was corrupted so I looked around because the map showed that as the place but found nothing above ground sadly. So I went back to Meredil / Shal'Aran to restart the quest.

When you click on Chief Telemancer Oculeth, the Nightflow Conduit sabotage scenario is supposed to start right up. If not or you get some sort of weird port, then go back to Oculeth and you can do it again.

I keep getting the "Transfer Aborted" Instance Not Found" message and there doesn't seem to be any other mode of entering it so go back and restart it at Oculeth. Hope this helps.

I recently (8.2) did this scenario and it seems Blizzard has implemented an imperfect fix. The progress was stuck at 96%, but I was still able to turn in the quest, haha.

The last part of this is a bit bugged. After running over to Arluin's body outside Shal'aran Thalyssra simply vanishes and we don't get any lines from her, only his last words. Such a shame really.
