Can only be completed in the class hall and offered no reward or subsequent quest once finished.

If you talent Celerity (5 seconds off the cooldown of Roll), completing the Roll component of this quest requires 25 minutes of your life devoted purely to Rolling around the Monk Class Hall.

The rewards for this quest include: The satisfaction of a quest completed.

If you're stuck on the roll portion of the quest, and have not yet done the Mistweaver Artifact questline, Taoshi, one of the Shado-Pan who you fight alongside during the final event will grant you infinite charges of roll, allowing you to reach the 100 you need much quicker.

Simply do the quest all the way through until you receive Sheilun, Staff of the Mists, but do not leave the Terrace of the Endless Spring, all of the Shado-Pan members will remain in the terrace and will all still grant their respective auras.

Taoshi will have a ring of smoke/fog around her, simply roll in and out of this aura repeatedly and you will be able to roll non-stop and the rolls will count towards your quest.

How do you -do- this quest? No matter what I do, the counters never go up. I've tried rolling in and out of combat. In the hall out of the hall.. nothing. It's like I'm doing nothing.

It was bugged for me at first, but I just exited the game and went back in and all the counters updated. Even those that showed 0 corrected themselves to the correct number of actions performed. Currently out leveling and all the counters are working.

On another note, you can just spam Jade Lightening multiple times on the same target and you will get credit.

One hundred rolls!
One hundred blackout kicks/strikes!
One hundred crackling jade lightning!
Then one quest completed.
Every single day!

And, of course, make sure you eat three meals a day. Just a banana in the morning is fine. But the most important thing is to never use the A/C or heat in the summer or winter so that you can strengthen the mind.

Just fyi, the number of times you must use each ability has been dropped to 10, thank goodness.

Oddly enough I encountered a bug or something while doing the 10 Roll/Chi Torpedo. I switched from Chi Torpedo to Celerity and after buying enough Shal'dorei Silk at the Dalaran auctioneer to make 100 bandages I noticed that Roll was in the process of a 2 minute cooldown.

Would like to point out that this quest makes no sense from a learning point of view. We're told "To achieve perfect harmony, you must continue your training". We're training for a perfect harmony, which is something we need to LEARN to do. So, when no XP is rewarded, we have technically not learned anything since XP is literally "experience". I wonder if blizz actually reads through their work.

I just wanna say here that Im grateful for not doing the quest during Legion, even 10 of all three i found to be tedious, but 100 rolls? holy monk thats overkill

For Legion Remix, I couldn't find a training dummy at the class hall. I went to Illidari Stand, Azsuna and got the job done in about 5 minutes. You can cast Blackout Kick and Crackling Jade Lightning multiple times on one target.
