The defined quest area includes the Faronaar flight point, but mobs in that area don't count toward completing the quest. You need to kill mobs closer to the eastern coast.

Here is a good spot.

I received the quest after I was done questing in Azsuna. I was a bit tired of killing demons alone without a combat ally -- I am the Highlord and I have to do everything on my own? What are the underlings for? -- so I went to the Illidari Stand flightpoint. Several Illidari demon hunters are holding the line against demons nearby. The demons that come to be slaughtered by the Illidari even have reduced health.

It's a good thing I was being, what I thought was "adventurous", and grabbed the Illidari Perch flight path west of the Illidari Stand because after I went all the way back to where Vindicator Boros originally gives this quest he's still standing there but no question mark. It was after seeing the picture of the map here and then looking at the in-game map that I see you're actually supposed to meet him further in, something the quest text should definitely mention, thanks Blizz for the wasted time.

You need to complete A Falling Star quest, to be eligible to do order hall campaing quests from level 103 onward.

For anyone is wondering "where did the class quests for the companions go?" (as other quests can get folks sidetracked), run this command in the chat box to find if you completed the previous quests as shown in the chart by Nalumus...

/run print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(42887))

The number above, in bold, is the quest number in Wowhead's database (i.e., quest=42887) in your browser's URL for the quest page.
Replace just that number with the Wowhead quest link number to find any quests that hasn't been done in any quest chain in WoW.

It will give you a response of "true" (did complete the quest); or "false" (didn't complete the quest) in the chat box.

This will save you the round around trying to find where you left off in a long quest chain.

Save that run command for future reference in other l-o-n-g quest chains in the game, too.

Travel west to Faronnar area, there are alot of demons, elite and none elite.
By the way Mortiferous also count for this quest.

At the time of writing, this page has empty slots where the info on this quest should be, and as usual with Legion, the quest text is of no help. So, here's some tips.

1) Fly to Illidari Stand. Pick up the quest from Vindicator Boros at: /way Azsuna 46.0 51.4 Vindicator Boros
2) Head west across the river to Faronaar. You must be far enough inside Faronaar to trigger the zone text to pop on your screen, or else your kills won't count.
3) Kill any 20 demons.
4) DO NOT return to your order hall. Vindicator Boros has moved to a new position. Turn the quest in to him at: /way Azuna 30.47 44.81 Vindicator Boros
5) Pick up the next 2 quests in the series from Justicar Julia Celeste, who is positioned next to Boros.
