You hand over the staff by clicking on Lyessa Bloomwatcher behind the harpy, not by interacting with the harpy directly or getting any special ability - it's not your addons interfering here.

After doing so you'll receive a specifc spell that you can use to take down the "boss". If you don't get this spell, it might be an addon interfering. It should appear on your special bar or in the quest log.

as of today 22.11.2020 this quest is bugged for me, when i get to the scouting map it says no missions available at the time, come back later, so i cant send out my mission or finish the quest.

Strange that Naralex, Zen'tabra, and Dreamgrove Treants only equal 85% chance of success, since the treants don't actually add any success.

Description

We have a new mission that needs our attention, Archdruid. Deep in the forests of Val'sharah, a small druidic outpost known as Shal'doren Grove is under attack by satyrs.
