WARNING: There is currently a bug in this mission, when you turn this quest in, all of your Blood of Sargeras disappear from your bags AND bank.

The solution is to sell the extra blood, turn-in the quest and buy back.

EDIT: Fixed in Patch 7.0.3 Hotfixes - September 2:

The Druid quest “Focusing the Energies” will no longer consume all Blood of Sargeras in your inventory.

I was 7/10 for this quest even after spending my blood, however, I noticed this morning that I was knocked down to 2/10. So apparently now if you spend them it will detract from your overall progress. Sad face.

Requirement has been changed to 5 (from 10) in patch 7.1.

Had an issue where they didn't count after getting them from a legion invasion. Selling and a buyback resolved it.

Description

In addition to shards of nightmare, we need Blood of Sargeras to reactivate the portal to the Rift of Aln.

This rare reagent can be obtained from around the Broken Isles. Rumor has it that emissaries are in search of hardened adventurers, and may offer these in reward.
