This quest is bugged to &*!@ for me i am unable to hand the quest in because the lady emmarael isnt even in dalaran so i can hand the quest in.

I got 2 bugged hunter quests and if they got more quests after them i am currently $%^&ed than.

1. Hunter to Hunter
• Accept the quest, Hunter to Hunter, from Grif Wildheart at coords 69.8, 43.4 (Krasus' Landing in Dalaran).
• Travel southwest to 59.8, 53.0, inside the building, "The Hunter's Reach."
• Turn in the quest to Emmarel Shadewarden.

I reached out to a GM over this issue as I too ran into this problem. Here is their response

Specialist Game Master Tuzlarhan here, or Tuz for short. I have some good news about this Hunter quest! The Hunter to Hunter quest is a required quest in most situations though with the recent addition of the level 110 boost the quest has been acting up.

See the Hunter to Hunter quest is one of the first order hall class quests and with 110 boosts we made it so one artifact weapon was automatically given along with the order hall already unlocked. The Hunter to Hunter quest comes before an artifact weapon is unlocked along with before the order hall can be visited. In short the reason you cannot see Emmarel Shadewarden to turn this quest in is because you are on quests passed this one.

In short, you can abandon this quest and continue going through your important order hall quests without any issues.

In Remix!
You can party sync with another starting character (level 10) and do these quests from the start. Either get a friend to help for the couple minutes, or use an alt/free account

This affected me because I skipped the storyline as this was alt #3 for me. They give you an artifact weapon when you skip so you never do this quest, but it's still part of the class hall at the end.

I got this quest by using party sync on legion remix.

1. Create a 2nd hunter on 2nd account
2. Select skip on the first quest and get artifact weapon on 2nd hunter.
3. Invite 1st hunter to group.
4. Enable party sync from map with 1st hunter.
5. Accept party sync on 2nd hunter.
6. Accept Hunter to Hunter quest from Grif on Krasus' Landing.
7. Turn it in at Hunter's Reach shop.
8. Leave party.

In legion remix if u missed this quest at the start dont worry you only have to do "A Hero's Weapon" then Champions of legionfall then go back to trueshot lodge to accept the next questchain

As with others, I got stuck on this as well, but I got unstuck in a way not noted in others' comments, without needing to employ a friend to party sync with.

I eventually figured out I could pick up A Golden Ticket from Deliverance Point on the Broken Shore, even though it isn't signposted, and I never picked up the Champions of Legionfall from Maiev. Still marked as completed in the Feat of Strength tracking macro, though.

Hopefully this helps someone else before Lemix ends.

Go to the Hunter's Reach shop in Dalaran and speak to Emmarel Shadewarden.

Description

She might well be back at the Hunter's Reach shop where you met her. Whoever this Emmarel Shadewarden is, I'd bet me beard she has some part to play in the war against the Legion!
