There are lots of fun quests in engineering, like stealing fireworks from the children Here Comes the BOOM! or shaving a guy to get schematic tattoo from his head (Going to Waste, lol who would tattoo Failure Detection Pylon on his head;p). And this one is one of them, not my favorite, but quite fun.

If you read quests, you probably remember Aww Scrap!, the first quest when Hobart Grapplehammer explained us that

I heard the Legion was back again, and I thought to myself, "Hobart, now's your time to shine."
I made us enough guns to blow those demons back to the beginning of time!
But then we get here, and what happens? Everyone just happens to "find" all these ancient artifacts to fight the demons with!
Long story short, I have too many guns and need to get rid of 'em.

So this time he decided that he can craft something useful from them.

"When life gives you lemons, make lemonade."

The quest is simple. Find Wounded Kirin Tor Guard and use the quest item on them. After you use quest item 3 times, use it 1 more time to calibrate it. Repeat this 2 times.

The fun part is the phrases the guards say when you use the item on them, like

Who throws a bandage at someone? Honestly?

What the ...? I guess that feels better

Funny quest, you have to heal Dalaran guards (appear across the city during the quest) with your Prototype Pump-Action Bandage Gun.
Heal three guards, which will be throwed away with each shoot. Then calibrate Prototype Pump-Action Bandage Gun using it once more.
Now next three guards, which also will be thrown, but not so far. Calibrate your gun once more.
Now it should work well. It's only heals, not throws away and everyone is ok.

I did every Legion Eng quest early on my DH before first patch of Legion. Yet on my Mage I've only done 1 Eng quest since none others have popped up.

This quest reminded me of Sharla from Xenoblade chronicles. I always laughed that she healed by shooting with her gun.

I know the devs like obscure references but this may be too much of a reach. I'm wondering whether this could be referencing the sketch "File and Forget" from the 1960 revue A Thurber Carnival. There was an LP of part of it, which is where I know it from. It's pretty funny for its time, and "File and Forget" is the funniest bit as far as I'm concerned.

James Thurber was a cartoonist/journalist/comedian/playwright/etc. and the revue was written by him from various of his works. Also, the original 1960 Broadway run was directed by Burgess Meredith, later better known as The Penguin from the 1966 Batman series.

Sometimes while the quest active with the Prototype Pump-Action Bandage Gun in your bag you gain item-targeting for all NPC-s, and you can't interact them.

SOLUTION (and work most of bugs like this) : Just do the quest and go back to the quest giver and simply drop the Bandage Gun to him and the NPC Interacted and you can end the quest.

To open this quest I needed to complete Resupplying the Line and then the two offered there All Charged Up and In My Sights. BtW Quests had them as separate chains.

Description

They say, "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade." Well, life gave me a butt-load of guns.

So I've been figuring out ways to turn these guns into useful tools.

My latest modification is a gun that shoots bandages! Imagine it, you're on the battlefield, you see your ally go down, you pull out your bandage gun, shoot him with it and bam, he's back in the fight!

I just need you to test it first and make sure it's safe.
