This quest is a part of a short chain in the Legion Enchanting profession questline, that ultimately teaches Enchanters to make Enchanted Pen (one of 3 Enchanting pets coming in Legion). Level 106 is required to start this particular chain.

Tigrid the Charmer can be found in Stormheim at , in a hut partway up a mountain.

1) An Enchanting Home	Picked up from Enchanter Nalthanis in Dalaran. Leads you to Tigrid the Charmer in Stormheim.
2) A Touch of Magic	Tigrid the Charmer asks you to sprinkle Arkhana on some of her possessions. Tigrid's Arkhana is provided, and you must interact with various objects in the house.
3) Halls of Valor: Revenge of the Enchantress	Requires that you obtain Tigrid's Enchanting Rod, a drop from Odyn's chest in the 5-man dungeon Halls of Valor.

The formulas for the other two Enchanting pets (Formula: Enchanted Torch and Formula: Enchanted Cauldron) are available for sale from Tigrid the Charmer.

Note that you will turn in Halls of Valor: Revenge of the Enchantress right at the hut, so don't go too far while waiting for the dungeon. Depending on your queue times, you can queue for Halls of Valor while getting to the hut (You'll do a small quest that takes 2-3 minutes before you have to go to the dungeon).

I am surprised nobody has mentioned this yet, but you're required to do the introductory legion-enchanting quests first.

First you must complete the following quests in Dalaran, leading to Azsuna and back:

You must then do the following quests, taking you to Highmountain and back to Dalaran:

Then you can finally accept this quest, as well as Fey Enchantments

Description

Ildine and I were just discussing rumors of a dwelling in Stormheim that was once the home to a vrykul enchantress called Tigrid. It is said the site is perfectly preserved, and her enchantments were so potent that they persist to this day!
