At this moment, my priest is 102 and active in Aszune. I could get the quest but no flightpoint to get there. No idea why as of yet.

The solution is to return to your scouting board, there will be opportunities to go to other regions.

Quest NPC was not visible for me. When I completed the world quest "Assault on Thunder Totem," he appeared.

You can find Guron Twaintail in Thunder Totem at 44.4 45.0 point, standing under a tent. If there is the world quest, you have to finish it to be able to see npc.

Enchanter Nalthanis does not have this quest for me. Are there other quests that lead up to it? or does my enchanting need to be higher? I was able to complete the other NPC's quests...
