You can find Baine in the portal room, he's standing there with Garrosh, Malkorok, Lor'Themar Theron, Ishi, and some guards.

During the flight, Tak-Tak says that the Hozen word for sha is "ikk". But in the level 86 Krasarang Wilds chain, Ken-Ken says sha. He never uses the word ikk. Did Ken-Ken pick up some pandaren terms during his time at the Tian Monastery?

Speaking to Tak-Tak to meet up with Baine, he currently offers you a ride to the Shrine of Seven Stars - probably not the safest option. He does however fly you to the Shrine of Two Moons as he's meant to :)

I just received a letter from vol'jin about baine, but the quest isn't popping up on the general. Glitched?

Note that if this quest is in your log, many of the NPCs normally in the city will be 'phased' so you can not see them. (For example, I was looking for the armor vendor Blizzix Sparkshiv and he was not visible.)

This might not be a big deal if you are following the quest chain directly, but if you went to do some other stuff and then hearthed back to the city to buy something it can be a bit confusing :-)

For those of you doing this quest in 2020 (during/after the Black Empire Assault patch), you will need to visit Zoridormi to turn Vales to its original status. Once you talk to her, Baine will be in the portal room.

Ah, <name>, we meet again. I have heard some wondrous news.

High Chieftain Baine Bloodhoof of the tauren has arrived here on Pandaria.

He meets with Warchief Garrosh Hellscream and Regent Lord Lor'themar Theron now, at the Shrine of Two Moons in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms.

He sent me a strange request - to send him a loyal champion of the Horde, capable of combat... and discretion.

I can think of none better to send than you. Speak to Tak-Tak if you seek transport.
