In case you don't read the quest text too carefully, Mishi is right outside the tomb's entrance. Make your way out and talk to her/him to continue on.

Also, once you are transported, just run forwards , down some stairs, and you will come out to Whispercloud Rise which is where Shin is.

Mishi is a tiny flying dragon just to the right of the entrance of the tomb, if you're facing the entrance. You probably won't see him when you exit unless you turn around and face the entranceway.

If you should happen to forgo this quest after only riding Mishi just remember to head through the large cave in the bottom of the valley which you can see, looking down, from the Temple of the White Tiger flight point. This cave leads you to the rise and Shin Whispercloud, standing next to a balloon.

WARNING: Do not try talking to Mishi if you are in animal form. If you do and he doesn't transport you, don't abandon quest. Follow Feenicks instructions above to go the long way. I'm still trying to figure out how to get back on the chain.

While you're in the Path of Conquerors, don't forget to pick up the Ancient Mogu Tablet from behind the statue on the right (in the room with the waterfalls). Bonus XP and gold, just for looting it.

You probably want your view distance at good or better when you ride the Air Balloon to see what the NPC is talking about.

If you wanna travel towards Zouchin Provence and Shin Whispercloud on your own, you can do so. However, you will have to return and ride with Mishi for completing the travel part of this quest and proceeding with the quest line.

Fisherman's Tale

Speak with Mishi to travel to the Path of Conquerors. From there find Shin Whispercloud at Whispercloud Rise.

	Speak to Mishi outside of Lei Shen's Tomb (1)
	Speak to Shin Whispercloud to access Zouchin Province (1)

	The Tongue of Ba-Shon (1)

Description

The villagers of Zouchin know the coast better than anyone in Kun-Lai. If the Zandalari are hiding on one of the islands, they will know.

Mishi will take you as far as Emperor's Path. I will go ahead to speak with the village elders.

Follow the path to Whispercloud Rise. Shin Whispercloud will help you reach the village.
