Ok you have to find ines with bubble around him or white above his had, and its done

I didn't the coords for the first one, but the second one is at (16.7, 46.6) and the third is at (16.1, 32.3), for me.

The question then becomes whether they switch on a daily or per person basis

Quest is bugged and the Scouts will not speak to you.

Edit: This has been hotfixed. The scouts were not refusing to speak to you, what they were actually doing was failing to despawn, so the scouts you attempted to talk to were already tapped.

Theres so much people doing this quest at the same time thats almost impossible finding something alive around...go somewhere else.. no fun here !

An interesting note: this quest shares speech credit with people, even if not grouped, so long as you are near enough to hear the speech the scout gives when talked to. Noticed this on my horde shaman when an alliance druid and I approached a scout at the same time. The druid was going to get there first so I turned to fly away and, much to my surprise, got credit for talking to the scout, anyway.

No totally true, Some are fighting, some have speech bubbles some just kneeling down praying any of those will give Quest Rep when interacted with!

I used the TomTom Addon, and these are the exact coords i got for the scouts:
1) 18.67, 36.12 (fighting a mogu)
2) 17.00, 47.08 (face down on the ground)
3) 17.11, 33.59 (fighting a mogu)

Note: if they aren't in the locations posted, someone may have talked to them momentarily before you. Just wait a min and they will appear. I had to do that for scout 2. Also if your fighting a mogu and the scout get spoken too by someone else while your beside them, and see there speech bubble you will get credit as well (also happened to scout 2)

I think the easiest way to do this is to hit Shift-V to get the scouts health bars to show up. They'll be green. Makes it much easier to find them. You can talk to any of them. If they're fighting a mogu you can either go look for another or kill the mogu first and get credit for that too.

Make sure to hit V after you're done if you're like me and use the enemy health bar to make it easier to target them.

Be careful only relying on the chat bubble for this quest as the npc's sometimes get into fights which remove the chat bubble from the minimap, which can cause you to pass right over scouts who may be in battle.

Dwar$%^eddon said, "you have to find a scout that's fighting a mogu and kill the mogu to get credit." and that is true but I usually get 2 of them by following the chat icon on the mini-map and you can talk to spy's sprawled out on the ground fyi

Description

We sent some scouts towards the Five Sisters to the north to try and find whatever mogu leader has risen up to direct their movements in the valley. Few have returned.

I'd like to think they're just off downing too much ale or being irresponsible with some young pandaren, but they may actually be in some trouble.

Can you scout for the scouts? And see if they've turned up any information on that leader while you're at it?
