Immediately after the quest, Drizle says "Time to do what I do best...Ruuuuuuuuuuuuuunnn!"

And proceeds to do so at an incredible pace. He must run at least 25 mph by my reckoning.

If you're looking for the Vest of Sobbing, don't worry. The quest is very simple, and starts at the entrance to Timbermaw Hold, no questline necessary.

I just tried to pick up this quest for the transmog on my 106 rogue, and it isn't available. I found Drizle chained to the post, but he offers no quests and can't be interacted with. So either this quest is part of a longer chain or has been removed, idk which.
Edit: The questchain actually starts at 64.1 10.3, with the NPC Ferli, who offers the quest, "Stupid Drizle!".

The chief has the key... Chieftain Bloodmaw, the other ones said. He's in the north end of the camp.

But hurry! Please! Don't leave me alone here!
