Go back through the tunnel that you used in the previous quest Rundown.
Entrance to cave @ 50.3,41.5.
Right by the purple and yellow sea anemone (i think thats what its called).

Extremely difficult to locate this cave, this game NEEDS z-coordinate mods too! Couple ways to locate it:

Go all the way up to the water's surface, head slightly east of the turn-in question mark, and then sink down. You'll see the entrance.

It's also due south of the letter "W" in "Hollow" on the world map. Start at the W, face south and move forward, and look to your right until you see the cave entrance.

The cave appears to be about halfway between the ocean floor and the water surface, vertically speaking.

As you turn in the previous quest ( Naga Killing ) then the cave should be straight ahead, it looks like a slightly open clam ( like the screen shot ).

Also this is the first Inn i ran across that gives you rested xp.

In order to getPay Attention! you must completeGirding Our Loins before acceptingHelm's Deep.
Better Late Than Dead andThe Abyssal Ride are NOT needed to takeGimme Shelter! and followups, however that would make you unable to getGood Deed Left Undone.
Lady La-La's Necklace have 0% drop chance beforeOphidophobia done and 100% after, however anyone can share you this quest as long as you are 80+lvl.
Anyone can takeVengeful Heart and do it's followups as long as they are 80+lvl. Quests above are NOT needed for it.

The Vashj'ir quests start in Stormwind with Call of Duty.
The immediate pre-requisite for these quests is Across the great Divide which starts in Kelp'thar Forest .

Seek out Felora Firewreath in Silver Tide Hollow.

Description

Most of the other Earthen Ring that escaped the massacre on the boats have taken shelter in a cave a short swim down from the ridge. It's tucked midway up a huge rock formation, west of Nespirah, the gigantic shell on the horizon. I need you to make sure they're okay. There's no telling how many naga might have attacked them as well.

I'm going to hunt down that Fathom-Lord. I'll send word if I find the rock he's hiding under.
