Any one found it wierd that it gives 1M rep to both Gelkis AND Magram. Well, if they keep being enemies, that said, for each 1 rep point you get with one will decrease 5 with the other, you'll get 1M points with Magram, losing 5M points with Gelkis, and then win 1M points with Gelkis (which takes you to max exalted, because you can't have less than 0 rep points = max hated) and lose 5M points with Magram.

Completed on 11/23/10 as soon as servers came up and got no rep with anyone. Either its bugged or blizzard was cured of a bad bout of liking a storyline that made sense.

So, end result of this chain...

Thanks to the actions of the Cenarion Circle and Horde/Alliance mercenaries, you have united the Kolkar, Magram and Gelkis Clans into a single Centaur Clan led by the three Khans.

... It's at this point you realise that they never agreed to actually serve the Horde or Alliance and now have their land back, with renewed vigour.

... Then you remember that they nearly wiped out the Tauren years ago and still constantly attack Horde and Alliance holdings in Kalimdor.

Nice job breaking it, hero.

The quest that you get after this that sends you to Feralas is called The Wilds of Feralas. Khan Shodo gives it.

I found the previous info vague and not overly helpful. Here's my input to completing the quest.

Follow NE side of water to the path leading to Shadowbreak Ravine. Take a right inside the camp, through the stables, kill mobs and follow path up to Agogridon. There is no million rep or anything - regular rep received (700 with Cenarion Circle), received Blue item Kolkar Cleaver, 75 Silver and 4100 XP. There is a brief moment when you see a questgiver as you return from killing Agogridon -
as mentioned, go to the "island" in Shok'thokar to obtain the quest from Khan Shodo.

The "million rep" comment is OLD. With Cata all quests were revamped in the "old world".

Coords for Khan Shodo to pick up the next quest are 73,73 for those that needs 'em.

If you're quick turning in the quest you can get to Khan Shodo and click him. Once I clicked on him he stuck around instead of running off like the other 2 Khans.

Upon completing this quest you do not get rep for either of the clans. You do receive 700 rep for Cenarion Circle. Wowhead should look into updating their info. 10,000,000 rep is a little outrageous to be suggesting would be received after completing this chain.

I have done the quests up to and including "death to Agogridon", however, no quest was available to me for Feralas from Khan Shodo. Before doing this quest, I put in a ticket saying he did not have the quest available, and the GM said to become more friendly with them. Now they are no longer "neutral" (keeping in mind there are no longer reps with them), and I went to both Khan Shodo's cave as well as where he is on Shok'thokar. This is very frustrating since I need only one more quest for the Feralas achievement (and one of the npc's there is bugged so I can't do THOSE quests.......). All of the leads on this page so far has still left me empty handed. Does anyone else have any other suggestions (and yes, i did the "Cleansing our Crevasse" quests a long time ago as well)? Help :(

I didn't like the previous quest on the back of a centaur, especially when I didn't know where I was going. So when it looked like I was going to be riding into battle again that way, through some pass to the south I hadn't even seen previously, I dismounted so I could go and have a scout. I'd accepted the quest, but hadn't told the Khan I was ready to start. Immediately I dismounted, my centaur
and all the companions fell over and died!

Being as I'm 70th level, completing Desolace for Loremaster, I summoned up my flying mount to find out where I would be going - no use leading a warband the wrong way. But when I found Agogridon, I saw that the Khans were already there attacking him, so I landed and joined them - job done! Much better than fighting my way through on the back of a centaur and trying to use skills I'm less sure of.

Right well I completed this today 27th December 2011 and you get NO REP gain from completing this chain, you get 0 rep for gelkis and 0 rep for magram factions.

This quest Does Not grant rep anymore. Completed it yesterday and submitted a ticket when I did not receive rep. The GM stated that it doesn't award rep and Gelkis and Magram reps are no longer attainable.

The 2h axe rewarded from this quest is the only of it's kind. The graphic is used on no other item. An axe with what appears to be snow or ice atop it.

I was entirely unable to find Agogridon. There doesn't seem to be any path through the mountains to the point marked on the map as the site to find this character. After 45 minutes, I abandoned it.

Just completed this on my 37 hunter with green beetle pet. Found the path entrance at the back of Shadowbreak Ravine (79.2, 81.9). Had to kill a couple more warlocks to get up the path to Agogridon. After I killed the 2nd one and was almost to him, Khan Leh'Prah, Khan Shodo & Khan Kammah came rushing in to help kill Agogridon.

Khan Leh'Prah yells: Sons of Cenarion, UNITE!

Once he was dead, Khan Leh'Prah let me turn in quest and grab my reward, right there.
I got the 4100 exp & 700 Cenarion Circle
75 silver & the Cutlass

The area phased and no more hostiles. I just strolled right out.

Don't get in a big hurry and not talk to Khan Leh'Prah before leaving... If you do, he's at about 72,67. Then make sure you get the quest from Khan Shodo afterwards, he will run to the island in the middle of the lake if you don't pick it up right away.

My input on this quest post Landfall patch.... I did the quest with the vehicle provided and after Agog was killed, it did not give me credit for the kill completing the quest. I exited the vehicle, attempted the quest on my own, with my own skills..... the back up khans showed up to assist as mentioned they would in the quest and I was able to complete the quest that way and get credit for it. Buggy! Best of luck with the quest!

Interestingly, if you dismount from the centaur "vehicle", then your centaur companions will immediately keel over dead. That's leadership, I suppose.

Couldn't get the Call to Arms button (whilst mounted on centaur) button to do anything, in or out of combat, battling both elites and non-elites.

Made it to the end, regardless. Button still not working. However, upon attacking Agogridon, reinforcements appear and he goes down.

Music for this.

After an explosion that blinds Agogridon, Khan Leh'Prah gallops bravely emerges from the flame and smoke, carving his spear inside the pit lord's head, as the monster explodes, the adventurer tackles the khan out of harm's way.

Agogridon lays defeated, and Thandarissa lays on the ground, wounded and unbelieving.

"This...was NOT...our destiny!", says the demon as she stares the adventurer that just grabbed her by the shoulders.

"Times change", the adventurer proclaims before shoving her aside, proceeding to pick up Leh'Prah's felblood-stained spear and throwing it to him.

As he catches his weapon, he turns to the gathered centaur masses and raises his spear to the skies. "We WILL NEVER BE SLAVES!", A victorious half-smile arising in his face as the centaur begin to scream with enthusiasm.

United, the previously warring clans march into the horizon, a large wooden gate in Desolace's frontier with Feralas can be seen in the distance, under construction. "But we will...be...conquerors!", Leh'Prah proclaims one last time.

And thus, galloping for conquest, the Iron Herd is formed.

So, after searching for the stupid pass for an hour, I found it in the back of the battlefield, and the coordinates are (76,75). If you look towards the tall, black and purple building that's sitting nestled in the mountains directly south of Shan Kodo (or whatever his name is, the guy who gives you the quest). I ran back there, and to the left is the pass, and when you enter it it's called Shadowbreak Ravine.

With Legion Blizzard changed quest rewards so that you can only pick one that's suitable for your class/spec. Unfortunately this means that Warlocks, Mages, and Hunters don't get any reward for this quest. Quite a shame really because this is by far the longest quest chain in Desolace. I had to look up the quest here just to make sure I didn't miss some follow-up since I was surprised to only get XP and a few measly silver.

If you're completing this for loremaster and can one shot the boss, make sure the NPC Quest Centaur's appear before you kill him. If not, it will not let you complete quest and you will need to wait for respawn to complete. As a disc priest, the bad habit of "Shadow Word: Pain" as a means to insta-kill/dismount was a bad way to go.

Support would not be able to grant rep or make the quest available to do again I'm afraid.

This aside, it would likely be a bug my friend, as you could expect, should that found to not be a bug, you can be sure there will be other ways to obtain any sort of associated rep through other means at a later point but as I was saying above, likely a bug so I would not worry to much on that.

For those like me who were trying to turn this in...you need to talk to the quest giver Kahn Leh'Prah to mount centaurs, ride them up to Agogridon to see the quest turn in.

I killed him and saw the question mark, but only could turn the quest in after talking to the Khan.

A note about completing this quest. I could not see the quest giver after completing this the first time. I had to leave the centaur "vehicle" and fly back to obtain the quest again. So I ran through the demon village and up into the mountain about four times before I caught the quest giver slowly walking up to his spot. Only then was I able to turn it in. If you also encounter this bug, just keep doing it again until you catch him!

Also, this quest is indeed still doable as of July 19 at 12:05pm pacific time. Although a full server reset occurred, this was not one of the bugs that was addressed yet.

If you'd going back as a high level toon to do this quest make sure you do not insta-kill him. Wait for the event to play out and reinforcements to arrive and have their conversation otherwise the quest glitches out and you cannot hand your quest in.

If you do insta-kill you'll either have to restart the quest or, wait until someone else kills him slowly then the quest giver will appear for you.

I completed this the week before 8.0, not knowing there was a change. Put in a ticket about it, got a decent reply, at least.

I just received your ticket regarding the fact that you completed the quest: Death to Agogridon before the prepatch, and can now no longer gain the reputation rewards.

We are aware of this issue, and are currently looking into a fix that will be pushed in the (hopefully) near future.

Meanwhile, ANOTHER ticket that came back today stated that the rep change is NOT intentional and reps will be removed from this... So... We'll see.

If you already completed the quests in the past without getting any reputation, you will have to talk to Karnum Marshweaver and he will give it to you.

According to Wowpedia, as of 8.0.1 "Death to Agogridon now rewards exalted reputation for both Magram Clan Centaur and Gelkis Clan Centaur factions. This change is not retroactive to players who already completed the quest so they added a hotfix to just speak with Karnum Marshweaver." So it looks like you can indeed get those 2 exalted reps even if you have done the quests.

This quest bugs extremely easily and with the large amount of people trying to get their exalted reputations, it can be a pain in the backside to complete this quest.

It is important that all players wait till the centaurs are attacking Agogridon before they themselves kill him. If you do not wait, the quest will bug and you will have to abandon and pick this back up. I would recommend whispering the opposing factor (after adding their btag) so they can advise their team members on this, as considering how popular the rep is to grind at the moment - only I knew of this bug, so having to control the actions of 20 odd people of both factions was a nightmare!

Everyone - Horde and Alliance get the kill. So there is no rush.

I did it few days before this rep change and quest check macro confirms that. However I did not get the reputation after the change, GM also tells me I didn't do this quest.

Warning: Instead of running with centaurs I flew there much faster and I think this might have bugged the quest. Now I'm stuck in the limbo, waiting for another GM response.

After completing this quest Khan Shodo runs a bit further and gives a breadcrumb quest leading you to Feralas - The Wilds of Feralas (you can't get it if you have Hero's Call: Feralas!).

A minor thing maybe, but make sure to not take any shortcuts. For some reason, the centaurs can't jump. I got stuck behind a fence, and had to "leave the vehicle" and go all the way back and do it all over again.

The previous quest, Into the Fray ended with me in vehicle alone, no followers. Accepted this quest and followers weren't replaced. Asked Khan Leh'Prah and didn't work. Left vehicle and asked again, got them and new vehicle.

If you high level insta-kill and the turn in doesn't show, do the following:

1. Go back down the trail a little.
2. Wait to see the other Centaurs show up and yell
3. Wait for them to beat on boss a while, maybe down to 20 percent
4. Kill it and the quest will show.
