This quest was marked obsolete by Blizzard and cannot be obtained or completed.Use the Spiked Worg Collars near the cages behind Huntsman Russell. Follow the Gilnean Bloodhound to find and kill the leader of the Orc Scouts.

Take the collars over to those cages in the back. Show it to any of my bloodhounds -- they know what to do.
Once they find what you're looking for, you'd better be ready to fight. Report back to the mayor when you're done.
