Table is farther away than I first thought. It is over the wall by the orc encampment and the table is at 32,23. You will have to kill two mobs than loot the bottle off of the table. Quest is easy after getting the bottle.

You want to target Bathran's Corpse (about 33, 21)(to the left of the table with the Potion of Wildfire), not the Ancient Bathran. The corpse is surrounded by Orc's so be careful.

Bathran's Corpus is not entirely surrounded by Orc's. Sneak to the back of the corpus, click and burn. Just keep going, back to the quest giver his ghost the tree guy is who you turn into. Level up.

Known random quotes from Horde mobs (that I saw. Not sure if they only say these if you have the quest);

Forsaken Herbalist says: Someone! Help!
Forsaken Herbalist says: Some nice contagion of rot for you, my pretty?
Forsaken Herbalist says: You will not stop us, filthy <race>!

Orc Overseer says: Back to work you lazy dead cur!
Orc Overseer says: Warchief Hellscream will have your head if you don't pick up the pace, Forsaken!
Orc Overseer says: They say there's no rest for the wicked. That means you!
Orc Overseer says: I could use some more blood ale to quench my thirst!
Orc Overseer says: A potion to melt the elves? Maybe you'll need it, Forsaken. I have my mace to crush their skulls!

Any overseer will say the last two when you're near the potion (especially the last one). Wanted to add that in. Use that as a queue to know where to go.

I found it a bit awkward having to go and speak to Bathran after setting fire to his corpse.

Okay, since none of these helped me above, and i died about 8 times from not finding the corpse...

From the quest giver run straight out, you will find a table. There is a jar or something on the table that you click. From clicking that table, you need to go LEFT and you will see columns and a dead tree in the middle of these columns. Fight your way over to it and throw the quest item.

REMEMBER YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DEAD TREE, NOT A PERSON :)

For some reason, mobs from way far from me would run over in groups and attack me, tho i was no where near them.. It didnt seem normal and I died several times..sigh, I'll try later

Grab the wildfire by clicking it on said table. Use it on the corpse of Bathran to complete and turn in this quest.

Look for a tent on the right side as you walk in. Behind that tent is a bottle on a table. Grab it. Throw it on the tree.

FYI: If it says 'nothing can be looted' or something like that, wait a few mins and try again. I think it has a respawn time.

So you will need to acquire a "Bottle of Wildfire" to do the quest. Which is near the quest, NOT the quest giver.
The "Bottle of Wildfire" is very near to Bathran's Corpse. If you are looking at the corpse, turn and look to the right and you will see a white tent and a table next to that, the bottle is on that table.

Description

These creatures... these so-called Horde... they have cut me down in my prime and they are harvesting my hair for their evil plans.

Will you help me to put an end to it, little <race>?

I have overheard their herbalists speaking of something called wildfire upon their table across the way. If you were to take the bottle of this unnatural stuff and throw it at my corpse to the northeast, it would burn and no more of my hair will grow here.

I am already dead and it is a small price to pay to stop them.
