Don't accept this quest. Accept http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=10862 instead if you're horde or http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=10863 if you're alliance. You get more gold, some rep with Lower City and a lot more xp then were you to accept this quest and they all lead to the same part in the questchain so you can't go wrong.

This counts towards the Terror of Terokkar Loremaster achievement.

Contrary to an earlier comment, this does not count towards the Terror of Terokkar Loremaster achievement...at least for me it didn't.
