Lil' Bling comes in only one breed (S/S), so don't worry about whether you got the right breed or not. Despite Lil' Bling being blue, when you use/learn him, he becomes Uncommon. Not entirely sure if intended, but make sure you save a Flawless Mechanical Battle-Stone if you want him to be Rare quality, just in case it doesn't get hotfixed.

+ - useful for pet battle.Tactical abilites:
1)Lock-On/Launch Rocket 2nd use is not supposed to be on next turn after doing Locked On/Setup Rocket. You may delay the hit for using best advantage of enemy's vulnerability.
2)If you are faster: Extra Plating protects you from current round's main attack aswell.

Lil Bling should offer a daily quest for a tiny Blingtron Gift Package that just contains some grey items that vendor for copper. That would be awesome!

Lil' Bling is a Mechanical battle pet, and comes in the "Speed-Only" breed. His stats at level 25 Rare are 1400/260/325, but you will need a flawless battle stone to get him there since he is uncommon once learned (the item that teaches you your Lil' Bling is rare).

Lil' Bling comes with the following moves

SMACKTHAT.EXE: A mechanical version of the move Alpha Strike (flying), which banks on being faster in order to do better damage.
Blingtron Gift Package: A truly unique magical 'attack' as far as I can tell -- it can either harm the enemy or heal you, so it probably shouldn't be used where only one result is desirable (as in at the start of a fight, before you've taken any damage)
Make It Rain: A mechanical version of Nut (Critter)/Egg (Flying)/Rock (Elemental) Barrage, which does several hits on the turn activated and a much smaller hit every turn for four turns. It is identical to the Nut variant other than type, hitting softer and more accurately than Egg or Rock.
Inflation: A mechanical version of Swarm (critter)/Flock (flying)
Extra Plating: Half damage with great uptime.
Launch Rocket: A two-turn "Setup, then damage" move. Like Lock On (and as opposed to Deep Breath), the launch can be held off if desired

Overall, I think a move set of Inflation/Extra Plating/Make It Rain is probably for the best. Open with Extra plating, go into Inflation, fire off a Make It Rain, and then rebuff extra plating, rinse-repeat: the end result is you taking half damage for basically the whole fight and your opponent taking a whole lot of double. You lose the direct damage of SMACKTHAT.EXE but gain Shattered Defenses, which is huge, and I for one do not care to mess around with the Gift Package, at least in PVP pet battles.

This guy is very strong against elite beasts when paired with another pet that can do Call Lightening. If you use Call Lightening with another pet, swap to Lil Bling and use Make it Rain, then pop Extra Plating and finally use Inflation, the target pet takes:

1: 25% more damage from Call Lightening (Both Inflation and Make it Rain being Mechanical abilities)
2: The bonus Mechanical damage from being stuck during Call Lightening.
3: The continuing DOT from Make it Rain.
4: Both of the above occurring three times per turn given how Inflation works.
5: All of the above though with double damage given Shattered Defenses from Inflation.

This makes Lil Bling very strong against Beast pets in both Beasts of Fable and the celestial tourney, especially given that legendary battle pets cannot take over 35% of their max hp in damage per turn.

This handsome little robot is the spitting image of his "Dad", Blingtron 4000. As a Blingtron's generosity circuits don't mature until they have been built to maximum specification, you shouldn't expect any free handouts from him.
