Damn! Not only did blood elves steal the Light, they also stole our Blessing of Spell warding and gave it to this guy!

(for those not in the know, it was a rumored ability in TBC beta and one of the early screenshots of abilities for paladins in TBC had the combat log showing "Soandso gains blessing of spell warding". But it never made it in)

Another note. You can spell reflect his Judgement of Command but not his Seal of Blood.

Hammer of Justice can also be reflected, but it will be fixed in a later patch (current is 2.3.0) according to Hortus:

His judgement (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=41467) is a 2 second cast, and you can save your spell reflect for when you see the judgement cast bar. Do note that it's only judgement of command that you can reflect.

Hammer of Justice: Stuns a random player in a 10-40 yard radius for 6 seconds. Can be dispelled.

Seal of Command: A buff on Gathios for a chance to deal additional Holy damage equal to 70% of normal weapon damage for 30 seconds. Judging using Judgment of Command deals 6,175 to 6,825 Holy damage. Shared cooldown with Seal of Blood (see below).

: A buff on Gathios giving more than 800 Holy damage for each attack for 30 seconds. Judging this with deals 10800 Holy damage over 9 seconds. Shared cooldown with Seal of Command.

Consecration: Area of effect ability that deals 2,250 Holy damage every 3 seconds for 21 seconds in a 10 yard radius from Gathios. Used every 30 seconds.

Blessing of Spell Warding: Gathios can cast this spell shield on any of the 3 fellow allied bosses. The boss becomes immune to all spell damage for 15 seconds. Shares a 15 second cooldown with Blessing of Protection (see below).

Blessing of Protection: Gathios can cast this physical shield on any of the 3 fellow allied bosses. The boss becomes immune to physical damage for 15 seconds. Shares a 15 second cooldown with Blessing of Spell Warding.

Chromatic Resistance Aura: Increases the resistance to all schools of magic for the 3 fellow allied bosses bosses by 250 for 30 seconds. Shares a 60 second cooldown with Devotion Aura (see below).

Devotion Aura: Gives 20% additional armor for the 3 fellow allied bosses for 30 seconds. Shares a 60 second cooldown with Chromatic Resistance Aura.

General Tips

Assigning 3-4 healers is a good idea as there will be a lot of spike damage on your main tank (preferably the best geared).

Spread healers around this boss as the other allied boss abilities may not be in your favor to group them up.

Overview – The Illidari Council consists of a powerful paladin, rogue, mage, and priest. They share health and bring their iconic abilities to bear against their foes.
- Damage Dealers –
  Melee damage dealers should avoid striking High Nethermancer Zerevor due to his [Arcane Explosion].
  Interrupt Lady Malande's [Circle of Healing].
- Healers –
  Allies afflicted with Veras's [Envenom] require urgent healing attention.
- Tanks –
  Hold the attention of Gathios the Shatterer and Veras Darkshadow.
  Keep Gathios the Shatterer away from the other members of the council to avoid buffing them with [Devotion Aura].
Gathios the Shatterer
- Blessings – Gathios can have one Blessing active at a time.
  - Blessing of Protection – A targeted party member is protected from all physical attacks for 15 sec.
  - Blessing of Spell Warding – A targeted party member is protected from all magical attacks for 15 sec.
- Judgments – Gathios will cast a Judgement based on which Seal he has active.
  - Judgment of Blood – Unleashing this Seal's energy will judge an enemy, causing 369 Holy damage every 1 sec.
  - Judgment of Command – Judges the enemy for 2000 Holy damage.
- Devotion Aura – Reduces damage taken by 75%.
- Consecration – Consecrates the land beneath Gathios, doing 4616 Holy damage over 20 sec to enemies who enter the area.
- Hammer of Justice – Stuns an enemy, rendering it unable to move or attack for 6 sec.
Veras Darkshadow
- Vanish – Puts the caster in stealth mode for 30 sec.
  - Envenom – Veras comes out of the shadows and Envenoms an enemy which inflicts 1308 Nature damage.
- Deadly Poison – Poisons an enemy target with deadly poison. Inflicts 308 Nature damage every 1 sec for 4 sec.
High Nethermancer Zerevor
- Arcane Bolt – Hurls a magical bolt at an enemy, inflicting 1710 Arcane damage.
- Flamestrike – Calls down a pillar of flame, burning all enemies in a selected area and inflicting 744 Fire damage every 2 sec. for 12 sec.
- Blizzard – Calls down a blizzard that lasts 12 sec., inflicting 1154 Frost damage every 2 sec. to all enemies in a selected area.
- Dampen Magic – Dampens magic used against the targeted party member, decreasing damage taken from spells by up to 75% and healing spells by up to 50%. Lasts 5 min.
- Arcane Explosion – Sends out a blast wave of magic, inflicting 1692 Arcane damage to enemies within 10 yards.
Lady Malande
- Circle of Healing – Invokes Holy magic to heal nearby party members.
- Empowered Smite – Smites an enemy, inflicting 1428 Holy damage.
- Divine Wrath – Consumes an enemy in flames, burning it and inflicting 769 Fire damage every 2 sec. over 8 sec.
- Reflective Shield – Wraps the caster in a shield that lasts up to 20 sec., absorbing a maximum of 4100 damage and reflecting half of any absorbed damage back onto the attacker.
