garrison bugs still there and que is slowly growing again... atleast on stormscale people still fear logging out or going afk...
All you gotta do is get PVP gear as it scales down to 620/600 PVE gear depending on what you get, takes all but a few hours to get geared.
Just go buy some war games gear for 50g a pop. It'll boost your sheet ilvl so you can get into the que, and I had no issues in any of the dungeons I've done so far while being only 598-602 real I'll.
I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere, but do normal dungeon bosses not drop gear every kill? I've been through bloodmaul, auch, iron docks, and skyreach but I've had a few bosses that only drop gold. I can't say I remember any legacy bosses doing that. Just wondering if it was intended as part of the "new dungeon loot system" mentioned above?

not that hard go for the npc zones, in ashran and team up with someone, you will get the 100 artifacts no problem.
