@Suplift It's a change, not a reduction. Heals for 3*X per tick for HoPo*10sec, instead of HoPo*X per tick for 30sec. Same result.

Almost all MMORPGs on consoles have completely separate servers from the PC version and that was all they were talking about. They do that because cheating is rampant on consoles and it is far easier to exploit games so connecting the PC servers has the potential of ruining the game on both platforms.
