Patch 5.4 Trinket Preview, RPPM and Scaling Details

The Arms and Fury Warrior trinkets affect three core abilities, as well as level 60 and 90 talents. So far on the PTR, a 6th ability is not readily observed to be affected.

Already some specs' DPS is lumpy because of tons of proc effects.

What's up with agility and intellect DPS not getting a static primary stat trink? The others do. For bears, dodge and mastery aren´t that good, but that is all we are getting on our trinkets.

But there are a lot of things I see that are already going to seem OP. For instance, with the 4pc bear set, barkskin becomes a very powerful button to push.
