idea >interestingimplementation>?banking? sounds fun?price>ridiculous(if you think there is too much gold and little movement in the economy, bring back the old limit)overall feelings>another of the many interesting ideas that blizz came up with that ended up in total crap after they showed it offsuggestionl>golds as acc currency + convert all old/other currencies to acc currency after expansion/season ends
No thank you.
I have a lot of characters, across 4 subaccounts, 4 servers, 2 personal guilds (with all tabs unlocked), and with maybe 150k gold across all of them. I have plenty of things to spend my money on, with many things still unpurchased. I guess I will only be able to use a small portion of the feature, and will keep the guilds in place for miscellaneous items, and maybe just store the newest Xpac mats (or whatever is most useful to my alts at the time) in the Warband Bank. Also, could people please stop speaking for other players? We don't all play the same way, and it doesn't help the conversation when you inaccurately represent others. I might never have the 500k for the 4th tab, and couldn't even dream of ever getting to 2.5M. Even then, I'm not even sure that I'm comfortable parting with 100k, over half of my current balance, for slot 3. It's a bit disheartening.
This is disappointing beyond belief. Less space than a personal guild bank (at ridiculous prices). Great for current expac mats, but not if you have multiple professions working over even a couple of expacs, let alone for things other than mats. Sure mailing to the guild bank alt can be a pain, but likely still need to do this if you don't end your day in a city with bank access. I knew it was too good to be true.
How are so many People upset about the Pricing? O_o?I don't get it. You made about 1-2million Gold per Character just by playing DF since launch. Dragonracing alone grants you about 30k / per Month / per Character for around 500k per Character so far.You have other Worldquests like climbing or fishing with another ~30k / per Month / per Character. Then comes the WQs granting 1.5k each for another 12k-18k / per Month / per Character. So from these 1-2min. WQs alone you get about 1.3m Gold / per Character throughout the Xpac so far.And that's just 1 Character WITHOUT adding:1) regular Quests,2) selling Vendor-Trash,3) selling Soulbounds,4) doing Professions or5) working the Auction House. That's just from the casual weeklies. Not even factoring in the Buff you get from Dreamsurges, doubling all your WQ-Gold.Or the 15k Gold you occasionally get in the Emerald Dream for completing the Weekly Rep Quest.
98 Slots is way too small, especially at this price. That is just the size of a guild-bank / reagents bank tab now.At the bare minimum they should upgrade the tabs across the board to 8 or 9 rows. The warbands bank will end up as just another excuse to throw more items at the players, completely ignoring that this is supposed to work not only for the next expansion.Icoming 40+ cooking reagents in at least two different qualities. As if crafting in Dragonflight wasn't bad enough already."The Warbank can hold any item that isn't soulbound to a character." - and this has to be a bad joke. This degrades the Warbank to the level of a personal guild bank plus craftig.Unless finally all the soulbound crafting materials are converted to bound-to-account - can't see that happening.
Ridiculous cost...thanks for nothing Blizzard!
I'm just gonna say it....A feature that should have been added way before now, should not be restricted by that much gold. That is beyond ridiculous and hopefully not the final amount upon release
It blows my mind people are complaining so much about the price on that final bank tab. Is it expensive? Yeah, absolutely. It's a shame you'll "only" be able to use 302 or 392 slots that the previous tabs give you, instead of the literal nothing you have now. Also, this is alpha content. The expansion isn't out for like another 7-8 months, it's entirely possible the price will change.
whats the Warband gold cap?
