Changing covenants being easy is misleading. If you have to grind BiS conduits and they get destroyed when replacing or switching covenants, it will be a big deterrent

Blizzard on lore:
Ye did it, Champion - Azeroth is saved! How did nobody ask about the sword?
u/derbon_erlab here. Happy to help.
After putting my original post together, I think I understand what Blizzard is going for with Covenants. Just because Door of Shadows looks like the stand-out ability for things like mobility and M+ skipping, that doesn't mean Venthyr shines at everything, and you'll realistically be paying for it by being less powerful in other areas. They're not shying away from the idea that these Covenants have strengths in certain places.I think people are wary about the density of these systems. Players are inclined to think systems of borrow power are the problem, but Blizzard is telling us that the main fault with BfA was having it layered on over time. They believe their "complete picture" approach is the solution. I'm willing to see if it is, but I'm cautious about it. Shadowlands has a lot to make up for after BfA.
Heirlooms: They removed the experience bonus from heirlooms. They're looking to replace it with something that is not just extra experience that will be equally as beneficial and unique.*GAAAAAASSSSSSPPPPPNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo..........................Now how will I speed level alts 31 through 200?
Hands down for this one thread, you did amazing job!
