As a roleplayer in Argent Dawn, I don't want to log into alliance hubs after this. 😩 The proliferation of half-elf TRPs was already challenging enough, and now I fear we'll encounter a myriad of dragon-elf-orc-draenei-human hybrids, each claiming a lineage akin to a circus troupe or something equally absurd. 😩
ugh, i would love proper half elf races/cultures, this is the lazy way to do it. So weird.I'd honestly rather just have another half dozen races/abilities, or a race (half elf) which has a sub-race selection (your derivation).What I don't want is just watering down the existing races by just letting them all use the same hair, ears, etc. These just look WEIRD and so will round elf ears. There's a reason why fantasy games usually make half-elf its own thing.

Okay, if we're doing mixed races now, I'd like Draenei horns and tails on other races, please.Or at least give us belts with tails hanging off of them. That way Worgens can finally have "tails" without having tails. And I'm fairly sure at least a few dozen thousand players would love a "tail" on a character with spikey hair.
