First step. Take a deeeeep breath.Secondly: In order to tank, you have to set up the spec, buy glyphs and get the gear. I'm a druid, and I already have tanking and DPS-gear seperated. My guild's maintank is currently fury, and he has the gear to support both roles. Many other active players have the exact same situation. They can change when needed to.Thirdly: NEWSFLASH! Animals can swim in real life too!
THANK FREAKIN' ELUNE! Someone understands that not everyone is a freakin' aristocrat! For the sake of the sons of Cenarius... LOWER SOME VENDOR PRICES BLIZZARD!
Very nice! The dual spec feature is shaping up very fine!1000g is not that much. At level 80, that is. ;-)Farm Stratholme, do dailies, do the auction house. Whatever works for you. ;-P
I'm happy with the price.1000g may be a lot, but it's just 20 respecs - and if you're a class that can do more roles than one, it's well worth it. I can say that it's worth it as a Resto Shaman, being able to swap to Elemental spec increases the speed when I'm doing achievements that involves combat. All I hope is that they keep this price, because I'll be quite mad if they reduced the price a lot - wouldn't be fair to those who bought it for much more.
You have two specs.Spec A and Spec B.Let's say Spec A is Resto PvE, and Spec B is Resto PvP.If you're Resto PvE and respec to Feral, your Spec B will continue to be Resto PvP, but your Spec A will be Feral.Does that clear things up?
On my druid back in TBC, I leveled from 1 to 60 without a mount. Because I was poor.Without a mount. Two months later I had epic flying and hippogryph on two chars. Boo. Ya.Now, in WotLK, I can make 500 gold with casual questing for an hour orso. Any green item I get is disenchanted and sold on the AH for even greater income.Money. Is. Easy. To. Come. By.And what kind of level 40 needs dualspecs anyway? Just grind your way to 80.
I don't see how this is bad at all. Any of this.
I'm stunned at all the QQ. It just goes to show you can't please all the people all the time, and that you can't please any of the people on the internet any of the time.#1. As stated many times, 1000g for a button that changes your spec/action bar sets/glyphs at will with only a 5 second cooldown is extremely fair. Almost cheap. Its an achievement too - whee, icing.#2 This coupled with the new Gear Management feature (which allows you to switch ALL your gear in something like 2 clicks) means being ready for anything your toon can do instantly, without having to go reglyph, reset action bars, switch out all of your gear, and re-add your talent points.#3 If there was a nickel in my pocket for everytime a line in a patch note caused someone to say Blizzard is trying to kill WoW, I would not be able to keep my pants up even with a belt. This is an extremely nice convenience Blizzard has given us the option of purchasing - its like getting the cooling/warming cupholders feature when you buy a new car at a substantial discount to what it'd be seperate from the car's purchase price.#4 You don't deserve a gold refund for all your many previous gold respecs. This is a NEW feature. That's like switching from dial-up to broadband with your ISP, and then demanding they give you all that money back for forcing you to use dial-up. I'm grateful for dual spec. It's extremely sad to see how many people aren't.
