A good place to find this item for your Delicious Chocolate Cake recipe is at the Pig and Whistle Tavern in Stormwind, its located in Old Town. Just go ask a barmaid in the Tavern and she will have plenty in stock for you to buy!

I'm surprised that no one notice this, but I'm almost 100% sure that this is a clear reference to the famous "Port Wine" produced in Portugal http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Port_wine This wine is used in small dosages on many recipes like cakes (Delicious Chocolate Cake) and puddings and its very appreciated in the United Kingdom on special occasions.

For all players wanting to complete the recipe Delicious Chocolate Cake, Recipe: Captain Rumsey's Lager, or Darkbrew Lager either for the various achievements or just to 'Do Them All', please see pint-sized Sarah Brady in the Dalaran Sewers near the dueling rings (she is standing on a raised group of barrels near the center wall). She has all of the harder mats to complete them with.

For Horde not able to get to Dalaran yet, access to Silvermoon City is relatively easy enough via zeppelins from Org to UC, and the portal stone in the courtyards outside of UC into Silvermoon's castle. The inn between Murder Row and the Royal Exchange areas has Vinemaster Suntouched who sells the goods as well as the rare Suntouched Special Reserve (rough coords 79.5, 58.5). There are a few others, but more difficult to reach.

For Allies with the same problem, super easy access via Stormwind's MANY vendors of Flask of Port. They are also some of the oldest NPCs in Stormwind's zone, for you clueheads out there. ;^P For Exodar freaks, there is a single seller named Caregiver Topher Loaal on Bloodmyst Isle (rough coords 55.5, 59.5) in Blood Watch camp.

In Orgrimmar, They used to sell it. and Not too long ago. now I'm here to find that it's nolonger available in Orgrimmar :( So the next best bet would be to go to Dalaran Underbelly.

As of patch 5.3, this item has been renamed from Flask of Stormwind Port to Flask of Stormwind Tawny for no real reason. The item itself hasn't changed, though. And for those of you wondering, 'Tawny' is a specific kind of port.
