Maybe its just me but I think instead of just level 20 in general it should be level 20 with a paladin then add other alt heros for each class that can be unlocked later with the same requirement for other classes
People complain when it's paid, people complain when it's free. -_- It's not like having a portrait anyone can pay $10 for is that exclusive anyway. Just enjoy a free skin!
Do you need to re-level a character to level 20 or is it enough to have more than one 100 level character already?
Even though I'd already paid $9.99 to get Medivh I support this new way of acquiring portraits.There may be cases where spending 2 hrs leveling to 20 on a trial account isn't as cheap (time vs money) as dropping $9.99, so maybe they should offer two methods of unlocking this.

NOTE:If you use an existing toon under level 20, you will not instantly get the achievement. As I am writing this, a dev has confirmed this is a bug and they have no ETA when it will be worked out.If you honestly want the achievement THAT bad at the moment, go do 1-20 - this way is not bugged :-)
