As we now know, the next expansion is going back in time to the old Draenor before the Dark portals tore it apart. That said I began to consider all the interesting characters we met in
The Burning Crusade
and whether or not we might be seeing them on the orcish home-world.
I personaly Would love to see the half orc half Draeni
Lantresor of the Blade
I found his cynicism interesting and the fact he led the Boulderfist, an ogre clan without any ogre blood.

Not really fond of draenor's ppl but i'd really love to see Alleria, as they told that would happen, now im just wondering how will we see her if next exp happens before dark portal is opened... :(

At this point to my knowledge their are no plans to do anything with Alleria or Turalyon in WoD :(
Hopefully they will get it together and realize that we want to see these characters again. guess they just haven't found a place to put them yet.

hoping too see the mok'nathal clan and a bit more action with them since the quest hub they have atm in outland is a bit quite dissapointing.
Since the original Moks were pacifists, probably not; Rex was an exception, and was the only member of the clan to actually join the original Dark Horde. But we'll have to wait and see.

Unlikely that alleria or turalyon are shown for a very basic reason: We're going to back to a time BEFORE the orcs set foot on azeroth, thus the alliance didn't exist back then, thus they still had not sent an expedition to draenor, thus no alleria or turalyon.

aye, to be honest I was expecting more. Considering how utterly mindblowingly
AWESOME
the Mag'har quest was, I was expecting the same deal with the mok'nathal, but nope, they didn't even gave them a unique model (as half-orc half-ogre hybrids not only is their build supposed to be different, their skin is supposed to be yellow, instead they use the same brown models as mag'har orcs). Considering how prominent a role the ogres have, I'm hoping they have a better role this time around than a simple cameo.
As for me..... there aren't many characters from outland that we can see on Draenor, because most of them like nazgrel and danath, arrived on the planet long after the first and second wars were over.
Having said that, here's my list of characters from both factions that I am not only hoping to see, also hoping they have at least a semi-important role on the story (I was sad at how little focus was given to Chen Stormstout in MoP. Considering he shows up on the frigging box, and his face was heavily used in advertisement, I was saddened to see him show up only in a rather tame and non-critical story in the valley of four winds)
Horde:
Mother Kashur. She was amazing on the Rise of the Horde book, but in the actual game, she had more of a cameo role (understandable, given that she was dead and all that), so I wanna see this old lady badass shaman delivering some ass kicking at one point or another.
Doomhammer. Technically we never saw him in TBC, but then again, he's never been shown in the game at all, even blackhand had a little cameo on the Karazhan chess event, but we've never really seen Doomhammer in action EVER. I'm mostly interested in seeing his badass black plate armor in more detail. Thrall wore it for several years during vanilla, TBC and Wrath, but his version was a low-res version attainable by players, since this was before every leader was given high-ress models.
Therefore, I wanna see how that plate would had looked like in all its glorious detail, because Thrall is apparently doomed (No pun intended) to spend the rest of his life dressed like a hobo =/
Rexxar: I love this guy, the fact that his design looks like batman probably helps a lot :P he was a badass in warcraft 3, he was a badass on his very brief stint on TBC, and I wanna see him as a badass again in WoD.
SAURFANG!!!!!
: Sweet jesus on a pogo stick, this is by far the character I'm hoping the most we get to see. Saurfang the old grizzled gruff veteran is already the biggest badass in the world of warcraft, this despite the fact that he's old enough to be a grandpa' can you even imagine what he must have been like in his prime?
Alliance:
Nobundo. We've always known him as a shaman, after his body was corrupted into its Broken status, but Nobundo the paladin? we've never seen it, and I'm hoping we do in some way.
Akama: Same deal as nobundo, we've only known akama as the broken...... er....... "rogue-ish shadow assassin semi-shaman" thingie he is in the game (I'm not really sure what his class is supposed to be) but we've never seen Akama the Paladin before (save for a very brief cameo in the Black Temple trailer) so here's hoping we do.
Velen. This one is already granted, as he shows up in the trailer, and shows up in the main website as a major player, so its more than obvious he's gonna have a large role, though I am confused at which version of velen we're talking about here. Present!Velen? or Ancient!Velen? He's already 30000+ years old, I'm pretty sure 30 years aint gonna make much difference in appearance for him.

Fel Reaver
The good old days of slaying Fel Boars in Hellfire Peninsula only to be snuck upon by a 300 ton monster and squished.
As felhunter said, anything related to the burning legion (including the forge camps, the reavers, and the fel fauna) is unlikely to have an appereance. This is outland before it was corrupted by the legion.
Having said that, if there's a lesson we learned in MoP is that "just because something
is
doesn't mean it
must
be"
By this I mean that when we began the expansion, Krasarang was a pristine area, yet by the time the expansion is over, its an industrialized warzone. And the Vale of Eternal Blossoms was a paradise when we started, yet it was largely devastated over the course of the expansion. Its not impossible to start the expansion with a pristine Draenor, and see it corrupted by the legion during the patch cycle. We simply don't know what will happen, so anything goes, and the chances of a legion mark are not impossible.
None. I do not plan to visit Draenor.
huh........ leveling up will be a pain for you then. Probably all of the dungeons and likely most of the raids will have next to no context, and figuring out just what happened will be impossible. But if that's what you wish, that's your choice.

I want bloody Turalyon to show up, already. It's taken him like 15 years.

Yeah but since when has he ever shown any knowledge about the lore of the game, or even it's mechanics?
Another Xpac of cruising, no shock there.

i can only image him showing up if a 2nd portal is opened and that is linked too our timeline also in some matter. else you wont see him since he will be on Azeroth which isn't being invaded by the orcs.
I know. I've read the books. I'm just irritated that Blizzard has never introduced him in WoW.

Look at it this way lil' bro, would you rather have blizzard introduce him just for the sake of introducing him with little to no bearance to the plot and a precense that is barely a cameo (Such as Khadgar, Danath, Rexxar, and Garona) or a more prominent role which requires a more proper timing in order to introduce him?
He was lost in outland, presumably through one of the portals opened by Ner'zhul, thus its possible we will run into him when we take the fight to the legion, only to find that he had already established a foothold on another legion-controlled world.
Me, I say its best to wait if it means a better role in the game, rather than have him in there just for the sake of having him in there. Just look at poor kadghar. HE should be the one running the bloody kirin tor, not the unstable psycho currently doing so.

Ner'Zhul's Corpse, Gul'dan's Corpse and Grom's Corpse.
Given that the expansion is called Warlords of Draenor, that these guys lead the Iron Horde, and that we as players oppose and fight the Iron Horde, chances are its gonna happen. At least when it comes to Gul'dan.
More than one player has wanted for years to kick his ass, I don't see him making it out alive on this expansion. Coin is in the air for the rest though, either they'll live or they'll die, either is possible, but one thing is for sure, we DO get to fight them. Blackhand, Kargath, Deadeye, Hellscream, Ner'zhul, and Gul'dan, those are our targets.
Tough break with Doomhammer, :P I severely doubt we're gonna fight him, let alone kill him. He and Durotar were the most honorable orcs ever shown from the old horde. My money is him pulling a "
Heel-Face Turn
" during the expansion.
Having said that, isn't there anyone you actually wanna see alive for a change?

The few NPC I desire to see is...
Tobias the filth gorger.
Maiev Shadowsong
Drak'Thul of the Stormreaver clan
Oronok Torn-heart
Drek'thar of the Frostwolf clan
In that order.

Mu'ru before he was chucked into a power siphon by the Blood Elves, he was more or less given a handwave and chucked into the well.
